● I completed my PhD in Health Education & Psychology of Physical Activity in 2011
● I am currently working as a Training Team Lead for TrestleTree, LLC, which is a Health
Coaching company, and my job is to offer training/teaching on how to be an effective
behavior change expert to our hired Health Coaches.
● I have so many favorite memories of the lab, it was my sanctuary, my hang out place
where I could meet with like-minded individuals. It wasn't just about the projects and
research and teaching, the lab meant friendship, compassion, kindness, and laughter.
While many of us were in different stages of life, we all shared the same passion for a
caring climate and how to implement more caring into each of our worlds.

● I completed my PhD in Health Education & Psychology of Physical Activity in 2013
● I am currently an assistant professor at Wayne State University.
● Many of my favorite memories are a result of our regular lab meetings where we really
got to know each other, support each other, give and get great advise, while we
challenged each other to become our best.

● I completed a PhD in Health Education & Psychology of Physical Activity in 2016
● I am currently an assistant professor at Fort Lewis College.
● A favorite memory of mine is when the KUSEPL group presented at a local conference
in 2012. Everyone was in charge of a part in each mental skill workshop station. I was at
a gratitude station with Joseph Claunch. Both of us were coaches, so we shared relevant
ideas and experiences through the presentation. It was a fun collaborative workshop in
my memory.

● Some of my favorite memories within the sport psychology lab were watching Mike
Breske and Susumu Iwasaki interact with one another for an entire year. I wish I could
spin it off into a buddy/cop sitcom. Also any time the group can get together for a dinner,
usually at AASP.

● My favorite memory of the KU Sport & Exercise Psychology Lab was just after I met
Mary and began working in the lab. We all took a road trip to AASP's conference in St.
Louis. My path in life changed after that trip. I learned so much about the field, had an
absolute blast with Mary and the other graduate students, and I also realized that Mary
was the real deal - she was everything I aspired to be & I knew that was my new path (to
learn from her and have as positive an impact on this world as I can). This was the best
decision I have ever made, as I now have the world's best job too.

time with members of the lab outside of a strictly academic setting and get to know them
better on a friendship level. I have many great memories of my time in the KU sport and
