• “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17).

• “How that by revelation He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already, by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)” (Eph. 3:3-4).

• Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. (Psalms 119:105).

• That you may know the certainty of those things in which you were instructed. (Lk. 1:4).

• Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. (1 Cor. 2:12).

And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses observed where He was laid. (Mark 15:47).

Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, that they might come and anoint Him. Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. And they said among themselves, "Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?" But when they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away--for it was very large…

Page 4: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

…And entering the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a long white robe sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed. But he said to them, "Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. But go, tell His disciples--and Peter--that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you." So they went out quickly and fled from the tomb, for they trembled and were amazed…(Mark 16:1-8).

Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons. She went and told those who had been with Him, as they mourned and wept. And when they heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe. After that, He appeared in another form to two of them as they walked and went into the country. And they went and told it to the rest, but they did not believe them either. Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. (Mark 16:9-14).

For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve. After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep. After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time. (1 Cor. 15:3-8).

"Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, "because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead." (Acts 17:30-31).

Resurrection—Proof of Judgment!

Page 8: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. (1 Thess. 4:15-17).

We Can Live Again!

"For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.” (Matt. 26:28).

“and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood (Rev. 1:5).

“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” (Eph. 1:7).

When Does The Blood Cleanse Us?“…He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him (Heb. 5:9).

“…For if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins." (Jn. 8:24).

“…Unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” (Lk. 13:3).

“...With the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Rom. 10:10).

"He who believes and is baptized will be saved...” (Mk. 16:16).

Contact Blood In Baptism!

Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. (Rom. 6:3-4).

Page 12: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

Baptism Puts Us Into Christ! For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. (Gal. 3:26-27).

Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. (2 Tim. 2:10).

Page 13: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body…(1 Cor. 12:13).

…And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. (Acts 2:47).

Who was being saved?

Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. (Acts 2:41).

Page 14: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. (John 3:5).

Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, (Eph. 2:19).

…Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. (Eph. 5:23).

Page 15: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

"God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." (John 4:24).

O LORD, I know the way of man is not in himself; It is not in man who walks to direct his own steps. (Jeremiah 10:23).

For this reason I have sent Timothy to you, who is my beloved and faithful son in the Lord, who will remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every church. (1 Cor. 4:17).

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also (1 Cor. 16:1).

Page 16: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. (Acts 2:42).

Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul…spoke to them and continued his message until midnight. (Acts 20:7).

I will pray with the spirit, and I will also pray with the understanding. I will sing with the spirit, and I will also sing with the understanding. (1 Cor. 14:15).

Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord (Eph. 5:19).

On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come. (1 Cor.16:2).

Adding To Worship Condemned!

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. (Gal. 1:8).

And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'" (Matthew 15:9).

Incense, Candles, Beads, Instrumental Music…

For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ (Eph. 4:12).

If any believing man or woman has widows, let them relieve them, and do not let the church be burdened, that it may relieve those who are really widows (1 Tim. 5:16).

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also (1 Cor. 16:1).

But now I am going to Jerusalem to minister to the saints. (Rom. 15:25).

Page 19: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

Now you Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me concerning giving and receiving but you only. For even in Thessalonica you sent aid once and again for my necessities. (Phil. 4:15-16).

I robbed other churches, taking wages from them to minister to you. And when I was present with you, and in need, I was a burden to no one, for what I lacked the brethren who came from Macedonia supplied...(2 Cor. 11:8-9).

Page 20: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. (1 Pet. 4:11).

And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. (Col. 3:17).

Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. (2 John 9).

Page 21: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

WHEN WE DO WHAT GOD STATES IN HIS WILL, WE CAN KNOW THAT WE ARE PLEASING HIM AND BRINGING

GLORY TO HIS NAME!

To Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and

ever. Amen. (Eph. 3:21).

Page 22: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name. (John 20:30-31).

These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God. (1 Jn. 5:13).

But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. (1 Jn. 2:5-6).

Page 23: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that He has promised us--eternal life. (1 John 2:24-25).

In hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began, (Titus 1:2).

For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? (Romans 8:24 ).

"who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time--houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions--and in the age to come, eternal life. (Mark 10:30).

Page 24: “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Eph. 5:17)

Strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, "We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God." (Acts 14:22).

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. (1 Cor. 10:13).

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Phil. 4:13).

Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. (Rev. 2:10).
