Mt 6:5-8

When you pray, you shall not be as the role-fakers, for they love to stand

But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your

door, pray to your Father Who is in secret, and your Father Who sees in

secret shall reward you openly. In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the

Gentiles do; for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Therefore, don’t be like them, don't you see that your Father knows what

things you need before you ask Him.

The truth in reality is visited in this secret place AND must be shared by

those who will live or else ... they will perish ... in darkness.

stand, that those who come in may see the Light.

Your Word is a Lamp to my feet, and a Light (aur) for my path.

Who see it from afar? The Secret Place, here, shines a bit of light so many

can see from afar. The topics we have chosen are addressed to Jew and

Gentile together. We do this because that is what the Bible does. This

opens the window to make more sense of what Scripture tells us!

In the secret place is plain language, something simple to read. This is a mere

starting place for deeper consideration.

with, which is what makes the “god-man” concept so attractive, because it

makes them think they can be gods too. We can only understand what

Allows us to know about Himself, and we cannot control what we cannot

comprehend. Apportioned: divided, assigned, distributed; Aramaic,

"designated to serve". I.e., He gave them to all the nations and they are

common (contrast v. 20).

But none of them is to be identified specifically with

When there is found in your midst, in any of your cities which YâwHu your

Any wood placed into a furnace for smelting iron would be consumed

immediately. Egypt completely used them up, while feeding them—like pack

animals. Even the products forged of iron there—chariots—were used to kill

them. Now they were going to a place that would serve them rather than

consuming them. Nothing in the Tabernacle was made of iron;

likeness of any beast that is on the earth or the likeness of any winged flyer

that flies in the heavens, the likeness of any creature that creeps on the

ground or the likeness of any fish that is in the water under the earth; and

lest you lift up your eyes to the heavens, and shall see the sun, and the moon,

and the stars – all the host of the heavens – and you be drawn away into

The true calendar has to meet all of the specifications for units of time given

in the Scripture.

The true calendar has to be solar as the Feast Days are directly linked to

the agricultural year.

The true calendar also has to have the following units of time:

= night time + day time = 24 Hours

there came to be evening and there came to be morning, one day.

rule the night, and the stars. And ALuahymn set them in the expanse of the

good.

And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the fourth

day.

Since the solar year is based on the sun and the sun was created or reset on

the 4th Day of the Week, it makes sense that the solar year starts with the

5th Day of the Week after the creation or resetting of the sun was complete.

Sundown on Wednesday marks the end of the 4th Day, and begins the 5th

Day of the Week. So the Year begins at sundown on Wednesday night

with the beginning of the 5th Day of the Week.

The agricultural year

Now that we know what units of time the true calendar consists of, we can

now look for a calendar that meets these criteria.

The True Calendar of the Scripture

The only Calendar that meets all of these criteria is the Solar Calendar

found at Qumran mentioned in Mismarot from Cave IV, also mentioned in

the Book of Enoch

I Enoch Chap.72-75,

as well as in the

Book of Jubilees Chap.6:23-38,

and has the following characteristics:

This calendar has 1 Week = 7 Days, 1 Month = 30 Days, 1 Year = 12

Months, 1 Year= 360 Days plus 4 intercalary days to make an even 364

Day Year which is perfectly divisible by the 7-day week to give 52 Weeks a

year,

1st Day of the Year = 5th Day of the Week;

1st Month = start of the Barley Harvest.

This is a fixed Calendar with the 1st Day of the Year and the 1st Day of

each 3-month period falling on Wednesday night the beginning of the 5th

Day of the Week. The dates of the feasts are also fixed with a particular

day of any given month being on the same day of the week every year. One

intercalary day is fixed at the end of each 3-month period and acts as a

buffer or division point between the next season or 3-month period. Each

season or 3-month period has exactly 13 weeks. Here is what the

reconstructed calendar looks like

(keeping in mind that as Sabbath is on Saturday but starts Friday night so

all the days in this calendar start the night before):

The EQUINOX, MOON and BARLEY in QUESTION

Shemot 9:29

And Mosheh said to him, “As soon as I go out of the city, let me spread out

my hands to YâwHu, let the thunder cease and the hail be no more, so that

you know that the earth belongs to YâwHu

The flax and barley were destroyed, since the barley had headed and the

flax was in bloom.

Egyptian land with Egyptian weather. If conditions are to be duplicated as

close as possible, to the event >above, for determining the first Biblical

month; shouldn't the barley be checked in Egypt each year, where the event

happened?

.What about Leviticus 23:9-14?

And YâwHu spoke to Mosheh, saying, 1 “Speak to the children of I’shra’al

and you shall say to them, ‘When you come into the land which I give you, and

shall reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first-fruits of your

harvest to the priest. And he shall wave the sheaf before YâwHu, for your

acceptance. On the morrow after the Sabbath the priest waves it. ‘And on

that day when you wave the sheaf, you shall prepare a male lamb a year old, a

perfect one, as an ascending offering to YâwHu, and its grain offering: two-

tenths of an ĕphah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to

YâwHu, a sweet fragrance, and its drink offering: one-fourth of a hin of wine.

‘And you do not eat bread or roasted grain or fresh grain until the same day

throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

This section of Scripture is not discussing how to determine the first month

of the year. It is not saying to use barley to determine the season, appointed

times,

And ALuahymn said, “Let lights come to be in the expanse of the heavens

to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and appointed

times, and for days and years

Lev. 23:9-14

is saying not to harvest until you first take a sheaf and make a first fruit

offering. Notice also the last verse: "

This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come

What about the equinox method of determining the first month of the

Biblical year?

This method defines the first Biblical month to begin with the first new moon

after the spring (vernal) equinox.

The spring equinox is that moment when the sun passes directly overhead

the earth's equator. It is called the equinox, because on that day at the

equator, day and night are of equal length. It is called spring equinox,

because this event ends winter and brings the spring season (warmer

weather) to the hemisphere that the sun is entering. Should the new year

start in the winter or in the spring?

According to the book Karaites in Byzantium by Zvi Ankori, the Karaites

in Babylon did not use barley to determine the first month; but they used the

anywhere on the earth keep the festivals and know the first month through all

these centuries without any knowledge about barley from Ishra’al or Egypt.

This method has been known and used for well over 2500 years. It also

provided a method used for centuries around the world when electricity and

phones did not exist to contact Ishra’al or Egypt. Was it wrong then? Can

we choose to use it instead of barley and not be in sin? Some claim that

using the equinox method is Astrology, which is pagan. Observing the sun

passing overhead the equator is Astronomy not Astrology. YâwHu would

not tell us to do something that is sin, and he did say;

And {YâwHu} said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to

separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons

(appointed times) and days and years...

/where does it say moon/

There are many arguments for and against this method; however, its use

would result in believers doing the Appointed times on the same dates,

allowing planning, and bringing unity among the brethren. Fellowship at

these times would greatly increase also.

Look again at

Shemot 9:32

But the wheat and the spelt were not struck, for they were late crops.

is what is says, meaning flax are barley were destroyed because they were

currently ripe. So the barely and flax were ripe! This means the barley was

at least at the "maturity" stage, which is yellow and brittle. Imagine what hail

would do to brittle barley plants. The seeds would fall to the ground making

harvest of them an impossible task.

This event in Shemot 9:31 happened in Egypt. Egyptian barley on

Egyptian land with Egyptian weather.

If conditions are to be duplicated as close as possible, for determining the

first Biblical month, shouldn't the barley be checked in Egypt each year,

where the event happened?

The first new moon after the spring equinox would not have these variables.

Perhaps that is why YâwHu gave us the sun, the moon, and the stars to

determine the seasons:

Where does it say that he gave us barley to determine seasons (appointed

times)?

Intercalating the True Calendar of the Scripture:

To date scholars have not been able to determine how to properly

intercalate this calendar. Of necessity, since we as believers have to know

when to keep the Feast Days using the True Calendar of the Scripture,

we also must be able to intercalate this calendar.

The solar year consists of approximately 365 1/4 days per year. The

beginning of the solar year also starts at the Spring or Vernal Equinox. In

scientific terms this is 0 degrees or 360 degrees. Since the length of the

solar year is not evenly divisible by a whole number of days it is difficult to

have a solar calendar line up with the solar year.

The Gregorian Calendar which most of us use, has 365 days. But to keep

the calendar in line with the solar year the 1/4 day must be accounted for.

To take care of this loss of 1/4 days per year, the Gregorian Calendar is

intercalated every 4 years during which time 4 x 1/4 days = 1 day was lost.

Therefore, every four years we have a leap year of 366 days and that extra

day is added on February 29.

With the True Scriptural Calendar, a year consists of 360 days + 4

intercalary days to give 364 days per year. So 1 1/4 days is lost each year.

Therefore, every 5 or 6 years this calendar is intercalated by one week.

This method is very simple and the calendar becomes self-correcting. The

calendar gets its starting point when the Spring Equinox is on the 4th Day

of the Week Jerusalem Time between Tuesday sunset to Wednesday

sunset. As 5 or 6 years pass, the Spring Equinox again is on the 4th Day

of the Week. This is when the calendar is intercalated by one week. This

keeps the calendar always within approximately one week from the Spring

Equinox.

It is critical to keep the calendar synchronized with the Spring Equinox

because the Feast Days along with the calendar are directly linked to the

agricultural year which is in turn directly linked to the solar year.

There are three distinct time systems that affect the Sacred Calendar

Year. These three time systems are all different yet related and are:

The Creation 7 Day Weekly Cycle:

The Creation Week is the building block on which all the other time

systems are built. The Creation Weekly Cycle consists of 52 perfect

Weeks which equals 364 Days. In relation to the Sacred Calendar,

the 1st Day of Creation is on the 28th Day of the 12th Month on

Sunday, the 1st Day of the Week.

The Solar Year:

The Sun was created or reset on the 4th Day of the Week. So the

First Solar Year from Creation had to begin on the 4th Day of the

Week with the Spring Equinox. The Solar Year is 365 1/4 Days.

The Sacred Calendar Year:

The Sacred Calendar Year is a Solar Calendar and related directly

to the Solar Year. However, the Sacred Calendar begins on the 5th

Day of the Week after the Sun was completely created on the 4th

Day of the Week. The Sacred Calendar is a 360 Day Calendar

with 4 Intercalary Days to give a total of 364 Days per Year.

We need to know All Three Time Systems and their connection to each

other to understand YâwHuaH reckoning of Time and to observe

YâwHuaH Sacred Days.

Why did YâwHu tell the Hebrews after leaving Egypt to observe a 360-

day solar calendar; based on scriptural evidence, “the way” included the 360-

day calendar left over from before the flood, prior to the flood the earth was

on a true north-south vertical axis rotating one degree on its axis each day

completing its yearly circuit in 360-days

In the six hundredth year of Noakḥ’s life, in the second new moon, the

seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep

were broken up, and the windows of the heavens were opened

(Note especially I Kgs 6:1, 37, 38; 8:2

where the terms are used interchangeably. Although yeraḥ is never used as

a numbered month, its use as a named month is attested in Ugaritic as well as

the ot. The Hebrew calendar used a lunar month fitted into a solar year.

The month was considered to be thirty days

In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the

seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the

great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened

Later the Babylonian names were incorporated into Hebrew. Of these,

seven are used in the Old Testament: Nisan, the first month (Neh 2:1),

Sivan, the third (Est 8:9), Elul, the sixth (Neh 6:15), Kislev, the ninth (Zech

7:1), Tebeth, the tenth (Est 2:16), Shebat (Sebat), the eleventh (Zech

1:7), and Adar, the twelfth (Est 3:7).

The first month, Abib/Nisan, began in the spring with the vernal equinox.

This was commanded in Shemot 12:2, 18. But according to Shemot 23:16

and 34:22 the Feast of Ingathering (held in the seventh month, Lev 23:39)

was held at the end of the year (perhaps the agricultural year). The Feast of

Trumpets (Lev 23:23-25; Num 29:1–6) was held on the first day of the

seventh month and is now celebrated as the Jewish New Year (Rosh

Hashanah). Thus there is evidence of an older alternate calendar year

starting in the fall. The use of ḥōdesh “to devour those who sinned” (Hos

5:7) may be that they will be swallowed up in another month. But possibly the

vain offering of the unrepentant is his own downfall (cf. KD), or perhaps the

participation in a pagan new moon celebration is his downfall (cf. IB).

ALuahymn through Meshiakh.

But then, indeed, not knowing ALuahymn, you served those which by

nature are not mighty ones. But now after you have known ALuahymn, or

rather are known by ALuahymn, how do you turn again to the weak and

poor elementary matters, to which you wish to be enslaved again You closely

observe days and months and seasons and years. fear for you, lest by any

means I have laboured for you in vain.

Brothers, I beg you to become as I am, because I am as you are. You did not

wrong me at all. But you know that through weakness of the flesh I brought

the Good News to you before.

Araḇia, and corresponds to Yerushaliiyim which now is, and is in slavery with

her children. But the Yerushaliiyim above is free, which is the mother of us

forth and shout, you who do not have birth pains! For the deserted one has

many more children than she who has a husband.” Yas 54:1.

And we, brothers, as Yitsḥaq was, are children of promise. But, as he who

was born according to the flesh then persecuted him born according to the

Rúakh, so also now. But what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the

female servant and her son, for the son of the female servant shall by no

means be heir with the son of the free woman.” Bber 21:10. Therefore,

brothers, we are not children of the female servant but of the free woman.

How can the potter remould the clay unless first he shatters the old pot to

pieces?
