Crawford Memorial Hospital’s Magnolia

Center 38 bed unit has all the comforts of

home while only seconds away from

emergency, acute hospital care and

medical staff.

We have both private and semi-private rooms

available. A wonderful solarium provides an

area where you can visit with other residents

while enjoying the sunshine. Our living room

is perfect to watch television, play the piano,

or chat with friends. Two attached outdoor

courtyards allow you to bird watch, help

water flowers, garden, or picnic with family

during the summer months.

WE PROVIDE... Nursing Services Our expert staff provides around the clock

nursing care focusing on each resident’s

individual needs while providing a safe and

secure environment.

Rehabilitation Services Available rehabilitation services include

physical therapy, occupational therapy and

speech therapy as well as individualized

restorative programs by our multi-

disciplinary team.

Social Services Our Social Service/Discharge Planner can

help guide you through the admission/

discharge planning process, as well as

community resource referrals. Support and

counseling to residents and families is also

provided to promote optimum social and

emotional wellbeing.

Dietary Services Our meals are served buffet style with many

choices available daily. Special themed

meals are a part of our holiday festivities

throughout the year. Friends and family are

welcome to dine with our residents anytime.

Miscellaneous Services Housekeeping and laundry services are

available on site. Worship services, including

bible studies and singspirations are additional

activities residents can participate in. Often

residents and their families are encouraged to

share hobbies, interests or collections with

everyone.

Magnolia Center accepts private insurances, Medicare,

and private pay eligible residents upon certification.

We follow current govenmental regulatory standards.

The facility provides continuous physical, emotional,

and spiritual support, while providing and protecting

the health, welfare, and safety of each individual

resident.

The Magnolia Center provides admission and

Special Daily & Monthly Events Residents are encouraged to participate

in the many daily activities available.

Special themed events are planned

monthly for residents and their families.

Out On The Patio During the summer months, residents

help with the garden and flowers, or just

Arts & Crafts Classes Join us for seasonal crafts. Weekly

classes encourage creativity and just

plain fun!
