Junior Rugby League: Mudgeeraba Redbacks’ home ground is Firth Park (Cnr. Springbrook Road & Somerset Drive), Mudgeeraba. Being one of the fastest growing Rugby League Clubs within South East Queensland, Redback’s juniors have gone on to play not only First Grade in the NRL, but also representative Rugby League at both State of Origin and National level. Redbacks have their own internal Coaching and Player development program and their distinctive red and black jerseys are well recognisable throughout the district. Soccer: Mudgeeraba Soccer Club’s home ground is located at Sid Bigg Park, on the corner of Tallai and Old Coach Rd, Tallai. The club has grown to become one of the largest clubs on the Gold Coast with a current membership in excess of 650 players and field-ing teams in Senior Men’s and Women’s Premier League, Youth men and women teams from U11 through U18 and multiple Mini-Roo (U6 to U11) teams in every age group. Mudgeeraba Pony & Hack Club is located at 4 Worongary Rd Mudgeeraba.

Pony Club encourages young people to ride and to learn to enjoy all kinds of sport connected with horses and riding, to pro-vide instruction in riding and horsemanship and to instil in members the proper care of their animals and to promote the high-est ideals of sportsmanship, citizenship and loyalty, thereby cultivating strength of character and self -discipline.
