Caveats All options will result in room rates equal to the new residence hall. After 20 years – all groups will need to reinvest in the structure. Additional funds raised may be used for either housing or academic
scholarships for members or space personalization with approval of FHSU.

Commitment letters are due March 15, 2015 to the Vice President for Student Affairs.
Should more than four letters be received – priority will be given according to the payment option selected.
The Vice President for Student Affairs shall communicate the decisions on space assignment no later than March 31, 2015.
FHSU Foundation The staff is available to meet with groups immediately for a feasibility
study. The staff is available to assist with fundraising for the group. The Foundation is open to discussing purchasing existing properties.
* Payments calculated after the August 1, 2016 date are amortized for nine years at 3% interest on the balance.
