The Recruitment Process

To brief you about our working, we immediately on receipt of Demand try to locate the required categories though our database, various sources and associate offices situated all over India. Upon confirmation of the interview date, at least a week in advance we line up the shortlisted candidates for final selection by the client or their representative. In case we are asked to select the workers we take utmost care to select most suitable candidates after trade test and medical test to your entire satisfaction. In the event of a worker selected by us if found to be not fit for the job, we will be fully responsible to replace on our cost.
