Daniel 5

–verse 37

“Now, I Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven,

because everything he does right and all his ways are just. And those that walk in

Pride He is able to humble.”

The King meets the Most HighVerses 1-9

…as he wraps his fingers round the neck of the cup…

…he wanted people to think he had wrapped his fingers around the neck of God.

The Most High Judges the KiongVerses 10-31

–verse 10 and following…

“…there is a man in your Kingdom who has the spirit of the holy gods in

him. In the time of your father he was found to have insight and

intelligence and wisdom like that of the gods… call for Daniel”

–verse 22

“But you, Belshazzar, his son, have not humbled yourself, EVEN THOUGH YOU

KNEW ALL THIS.”

Tekel: You have been weighed and found wanting
