Ariane Systems Product Descriptions: Allegro 7 – Next Generation Self-Service Platform A single platform enabling advanced self-service solutions for the hospitality industry, Allegro 7 delivers unique guest experiences on web, mobile, kiosk and mobile applications. The Allegro software suite has an extensive library of more than 100 integrations with keycard, payment and PMS systems, and was created using an open and flexible architecture with excellent support for integrations and advanced features. Allegro 7 - Online Ariane’s industry-leading online self-service solutions allow hotel guests to check-in prior to their arrival at the hotel, using their preferred device (PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone). This includes key features like upselling, selecting room preferences, requesting mobile keys and payment. Completing online pre check-in will enable a hotel guest to pick up their keycard in less than 17 seconds using the Ariane Xpress Keycard dispenser. A smooth departure is ensured with Ariane online check-out, allowing guests to check their guest folio, update contact information and settle their account from any of their personal mobile devices. Allegro 7 - Kiosk The Allegro software suite allows guests to check-in and receive their room key upon arrival, as well as to review their folio charges on the kiosk screen and pay upon check-out. It also supports advanced ID scanning, room upgrades, upselling options like parking and late check-out as well as “room not ready” messages allowing guests to pick up their key using Ariane Xpress key once a room is available. The wide range of hardware kiosk solutions ensures that Ariane can create an optimal kiosk solution for any hotel – Duo 1700-series for outdoor use, Duo 4000-series freestanding indoor kiosks, and the modular Duo 6000-series for tailor made integrated indoor solutions. Xpress Keycard Ariane Xpress Keycard delivers a keycard within 17 seconds after a guest scans his QR code (received after pre check-in is completed or a room is available). It can be combined with advanced ID scanning to ensure guest identity. Xpress Keycard is used in combination with Allegro online and can be installed on all of our kiosk models.    My Key – mobile keys My Key is the name for Ariane’s family of mobile key solutions. We combine our ability to encode virtually any type of keycards, online check-in and Xpress keycard service with our ability to manage and distribute Mobile Keys. Guests can request and use both mobile keys and keycards simultaneously for full freedom of choice. The My Key App is the given choice for any hotel without a widely distributed mobile application. My Key can also be delivered as an SDK for simple integration into other mobile applications. Allegro SDK All of our self-service enabling features for online check-in, check-out and mobile keys can be delivered to integrate SDK’s. services, have announced the expansion of their partnership. The companies initially formed a

collaboration in 2016 in order to provide a best-of-breed solution to better serve the needs of their joint

global hotel clientele. The fostering of closer ties between Ariane and ALE, operating under the Alcatel-

Lucent Enterprise brand, serves to integrate features and functionalities of their respective solutions

portfolios. Together, they provide hoteliers with a unique opportunity that further streamlines and

simplifies guest check-in/out experiences, while enhancing overall convenience and operations

efficiency.

From this enhanced integration, Ariane will provide a mobile key service, a feature that can be linked to

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s guest-facing mobile app, making it mobile key capable. With the two solutions

combined, guests can manage the hotel experience on their terms, easily eliminating the need to wait in

line to check-in by using their own mobile device as a digital key to access their assigned guestroom.

Using the same Alcatel-Lucent application, guests can also benefit from a wide range of convenience-

enhancing services: Their mobile phone becomes an extension of their room communications devices,

provides access to the hotel directory or can be used to contact hotel services and make purchases of

additional amenities.
