Известно, что при отборе приемлемо репрезентативной выборки мировых научных жур- налов, использование которых представляется необходимым при качественном выполнении науч- ных исследований, следует ориентироваться не только на специализированные журналы, но и на журналы, тематика и названия которых формально никак не связана с искомой. В данной работе выявление лучших непрофильных периодических изданий в помощь выполнению исследований по проблеме «Возобновляемые источники энергии, местные и вторичные энергоресурсы» осуществ- лено с помощью четырех разновидностей цитат-анализа с использованием в качестве основы две- надцати специализированных журналов по проблеме. Уточнена и конкретизирована методика ана- лиза; предложено понятие и термин «фактор восприимчивости дисциплины». В результате получен перечень из 378 мировых периодических изданий, которые планируется в дальнейшем использовать при создании комфортной научно-информационной среды путем использования ведущих мировых баз данных, отражающих необходимую совокупность наиболее ценных мировых научных журна- лов, необходимых для качественного выполнения научных исследований по Приоритетным направ- лениям научно-технической деятельности в Республике Беларусь на 2016-2020 годы c дальнейшим созданием оперативной системы избирательного оповещения ведущих специалистов исполните- лей соответствующих направлений. Abstract.
