Initial Regulation: Inmetro Ordinance #164/1991;

Current Regulation: Inmetro Ordinance # 179/2010;

Ministry of Employment and Labor is the Regulatory Authority

Technical commission involving stakeholders to advise Inmetro in the

establishment of minimum safety requirements
