If you’ve been to the 2nd
floor of City Hall lately,
you may have noticed a few changes. As part of
the Planning & Development Department’s
goal to enhance customer service capabilities
and provide a great experience for anyone who
visits, several upgrades to services were made:
In July, they increased online permits with a
goal of improved customer service and
reducing trips to City Hall for customers.
In December, the furniture on the 2nd
floor
was improved so customers would have a
better experience when they visit. Visual
place-in-line displays were also added
along with online wait times to optimize a
customer’s time.
In January, survey
kiosks were added,
which help collect
customer feedback.
Customer feedback is
important to optimize
the experience for
builders, developers
and anyone who
needs help!

providing great advice and
ideas to make the office
work more efficiently. His
wit, humor and intelligence will be missed. A good-bye
celebration is taking place Thursday, February 18 from 1
p.m.—3 p.m. inside PHXTV.
