Brad and I have been working, planning and organizing experiences for our students and their unchurched friends to be challenged and equipped in their faith. There is no greater joy than seeing a student respond to Christ for the first time or take the call of discipleship to a deeper place in their journey with Jesus. This summer, we will have the incredible opportunity of seeing around 70 students and adults be on mission with God through trips. There is no way that we can empower that many people to go without the gifts and resources that so many of you provide through your tithes and additional gifts! Please know how thankful we are for those. This year, we have already sent a team to Arlington, Texas, over Spring Break, and this summer, we will be taking students on mission trips to Little Rock, New York City, and Quito, Ecuador! It is a dream of both Brad and I to graduate students out of our ministry who have a worldview that understands and sees God’s heart for ALL people of ALL nations! One of the avenues by which you can help us accomplish this task happens THIS Sunday night with our 5 th Annual Evening With The Stars! It will happen in Selph Hall immediately after the Evening Worship Service. The cost is only $5, and there will be an opportunity for you to give more towards the trip if you like what you hear. This year we will be featuring the likes of Bobby Darin, Journey, Judy Garland, The Civil Wars, Adele, The Dixie Chicks and more!! Please come and support our students by being a part of Evening With The Stars. Tickets will be available at the door, Wednesday evening at dinner or this Sunday in the lobby of the Worship Center! Thanks for being a church that loves and supports students! Clay Cunningham Minister to Students
