The Wayne County News WEEKEND, OCTOBER 28 & 29, 2017 7A Obituaries took a hands-off policy in conflicting with state regulations. Current Attorney General Jeff Sessions, however, has said he intends to enforce federal regulations. All of which still makes the prospects of medical marijuana production in West Virginia murky at best. Personally, I favor legal- ization of both medical and recreational marijuana. The reality is, however, that in an election year (2018), it is difficult to believe that a Republican-controlled legislature is going to do much to promote marijuana implementation. If attorneys are in fear of losing their license for helping potential growers, manufacturers and outlets, the situation becomes bleak. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Does everyone agree with me that Chris Miller should be the commercial spokesman for the Carol Miller for Congress cam- paign?
