22:30 Arrival to the TRYP Ciudad de Elche Hotel.
SUNDAY, JUNE 16th
08:30 Visit of the Elche Dam (XVII century). The bus will drop the group at 1,5 km. Easy walk tothe dam. The group will be able to climb to the top of the dam. Coffee break at the oldelectric powerplant (local products).
11.00 Bus visit to the Palmeral of Elche, inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List.
11:45 Visit to the Elche Archaeological and History Museum (MAHE).
13:15 Visit to the Palmeral Museum (with exhibitions of traditional date palm climbing and whitepalm arts and crafts).
14:45 Lunch in a restaurant in the Countryside of Elche (rice and local products).
16:30 Bus visit to the Countryside of Elche (saltworks, water reservoirs, irrigation systems,irrigation landscapes).
17:30 Visit of the School Museum of Pusol, inscribed on UNESCO's Register of Good SafeguardingPractices of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (workshops and coffee break).
18:30 Return to Valencia (possibility of stopping by the Elche-Alicante airport, and the Alicantetrain station, with optimal air and high speed train connections).
