What you need to do:Download an application form from the Trefoil Guild

website – or ask your chairman for a form

Complete this form & send to The Trefoil Guild Office, together with a cheque for £6.00 , made payable to

‘The Trefoil Guild’.

This amount of £6.00 covers the cost of the Handbook, & the Bronze badge & certificate once the

level has been achieved
