have allowed us to lift our game in the restaurant

Two butchers, Steve & Ken have recently opened a new butcher shop in Springfield, QLD.

Two Butchers is a top quality butchers shop with a freshness philosophy of providing farm fresh, grass

fed, and hormone free meat. They supply a gourmet selection of beef, lamb, free range chicken and pork, game meats, dry aged beef, small-goods,

local relishes & produce and cold or hot pies & sausage rolls.

Steve contacted Viking in the early days of planning their new shop, and Viking ex-butcher,

Nathan Finch worked with them along every step of the way providing support, ideas and eventually

assisting with the install of the machinery.Viking supplied a wide variety of equipment

including a Unox Combi Oven and a Dry Ager DX1000 Meat Maturing Fridge, giving Two

Butchers the perfect point of di�erence from a typical butcher with their range of top-end dry aged beef and ready to eat hot pies and sausage rolls.

A couple months after installing a Unox Combi Steam Oven at Peter Robinson’s The Butcher Club Williamstown store, we dropped past for a chat to see how things were going.
