Advanced Fermenting
With our tutor Narelle Lucas you will learn to make four ferments – Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kvass and a Ginger Bug. Handcrafted sauerkraut is absolutely delicious! Kimchi is a tasty Korean vegetable condiment that utilises chilli, garlic and ginger. We will also make a Kimchi tonic. Kvass is a fermented drink that can be used as a health tonic or drank like a kombucha with huge health benefits. Ginger Bugs are a living SKOBY that is full of good bacteria boosting probiotics. Watercolour Painting Come and enjoy the wonderful delights of watercolour painting with artist Doug Banner, topics include; the different types of washes used, the use of brushes and techniques, also the use of colour and design principles for paintings that carry impact. Suitable for all levels of expertise from beginners to those more familiar with working with watercolour. Mondays 1.30-3.30pm $10 per term membership and $15 pw tutor fee. Drawing the Line Join professional illustrator and graphic designer Kat Rattray and discover your creative potential. This class is for those who have a desire to learn how to draw. It covers the basic fundamentals required for every artist whether amateur or professional. Sessions cover short drawing exercises including drawing shapes, shading, perspective, textures and form. Use Hygienic Practices for
Food Safety SITXFSA101 This unit will give the learner a statement of
attainment for the unit completed as part of
the Certificate II in Hospitality. This course
meets the requirements for workplaces in
applied food handling within the hospitality
industry. Saturday 8th June 9am-4pm. Course
cost $130.
Provide Responsible Service of
Alcohol (SITHFAB002) This unit will give the learner a statement of
attainment for the unit completed as part of
the Certificate II in Hospitality. This course
meets the requirements for workplaces in
responsible service of alcohol within the
hospitality industry or within local sporting
clubs. Saturday 1st June 9am-1pm. Course
cost $70.

Surfside Singers This singing group is open to anyone,
beginner or experienced, who loves to sing.
Teaching basic singing technique and part-
singing skills through a variety of musical
styles. Tuesdays 5.30pm-7.00pm. First

Zumba & Zumba Gold
Zumba is a fusion of Latin dance, music
and rhythm with a full body aerobic
workout which burns calories and gets you

Yoga for Wholeness Yoga offers many benefits including an improvement in strength, flexibility, focus and harmony to name a few. Classes combine a balance of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Suitable for new and current practitioners.
