ver the past 10 months, Tom Noe’s fall has cost people their jobs, their reputations, and in the case of Gov. Bob Taft, his family’s good name. The governor and two of his former aides have been
convicted of accepting gifts from Mr. Noe. Two more former Taft aides will face a judge in a Columbus courtroom this week for accepting loans from the indicted coin dealer which they did not disclose.

■ People identified in an FBI affidavit as “conduits” that Tom Noe used to launder more than $45,000 to the Bush-Cheney campaign: MTS executives Bart Kulish, Phil Swy, and Joe Restivo, Mr. Noe’s brother-in-law. Sue Metzger, Noe executive assistant. Mike Boyle, Toledo businessman. Jeffrey Mann, Toledo businessman. Joe Kidd, former executive director of the Lucas County board of elections. Lucas County Commissioner Maggie Thurber, and her husband, Sam Thurber. Sally Perz, a former Ohio representative, her husband, Joe Perz, and daughter, Allison Perz. Toledo City Councilman Betty Shultz. Donna Owens, former mayor of Toledo. H. Douglas Talbott, a Columbus lobbyist and former aide to Gov. Bob Taft.
