similarities/differences? Present your thoughts/ideas in any

Why is the French Revolution still remembered today? Write an A4

page explaining why it is celebrated today, what is important about it? What does it mean to the French people? Find out how people in France celebrate the revolution.

Book Cover Create a book cover for a biography of Napoleon Bonaparte. Include a

picture of him and description of his life and achievements on the back.

Timeline

Create a timeline (you can be as creative as you like!) of the main

events of the French Revolution. For example, the Tennis Court Oath, the

execution of Louis XVI etc.

Dear Diary…

Write a diary of a French man or women during the revolution. Think

about which Estate you belong to and describe how you feel about what is happening including any

hopes for the future.

Cause and consequence

Create a cause and consequence tree about what caused the French

Revolution (think about; money, bad harvest, Louis and the Estates

General. May in June 1789 and the National Assembly also in June

1789).

Design a French hat for a revolutionary French person to wear.
