Prior to joining Draganfly, John was the VP of Sales for the Public Safety & Commercial UAS groups for FLIR Systems. John came to FLIR via the Aeryon Labs acquisition, where he ran the Public Safety and Commercial Drone business lines as well. Before joining Aeryon, John served the biometrics technology field, most recently as the Director of Sales for Crossmatch Technologies, providing biometric solutions and identity management tools to military and law enforcement agencies worldwide.
John has over 20 years experience in both direct and channel sales to all levels of the government (Federal, DOD, intel, state & local) as well as the critical infrastructure industry (power generation, nuclear, DOT) and various commercial entities in the education, finance, and transportation industries. John’s experience has been based in security and technology - hardware, software, and complete solution offerings.

Mr. Andy Card, the second longest-tenured White House Chief of Staff, has served in senior government roles under three U.S. Presidents. Mr. Card serves on the Board of Directors of public corporation Union Pacific, on the Business Advisory Board of BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics, on the Advisory Board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and on a number of non-profit boards. He is also a professional speaker represented by the Washington Speakers Bureau and joined NBC News as a contributor in April 2017.

He served recently as the fifth General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and previously as Associate Counsel to the President (George W. Mr. Silva is a corporate and securities partner at law firm Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP in Vancouver. Mr. Silva has 12 years of experience in corporate, securities, mining and regulatory legal experience and has acted for a wide variety of companies listed on Canadian and US exchanges, with a focus on technology and mining. Denis holds a BA from University of British Columbia, MPA from Queen’s University and LLB from University of Windsor.

Prior to that, he served as Special Assistant (1983 to 1987) and later as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for President Ronald Reagan (1988) where he was a liaison to governors, statewide elected officials, state legislators, mayors, and other elected officials. From March 1987 until March 1988, Mr. Card ran the successful New Hampshire Presidential Primary Campaign for George H. W. Bush.
Mr. Card is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Engineering. He also attended the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mr. Card served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1967.
JULIE MYERS WOOD DIRECTOR
Julie Myers Wood is former Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security and Presidential Appointee. Serving as an advisory member of the Board for more than a year, Ms. Wood has more than 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Her regulatory and enforcement background has helped Draganfly scale its secure government and public safety offerings.
Julie Myers Wood was presidentially appointed and confirmed by the United States Senate to serve as Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Previously, Ms. Wood served as Assistant Secretary for Export Enforcement at the Department of Commerce, the Chief of Staff to the Criminal Division at the United States Department of Justice and as a Special Assistant to the President.

EDMUND MOY ADVISOR
Edmund C. Moy is a public servant, senior executive, commentator, author, and director with a successful track record in both publicly and privately held companies, and in the public sector.
From 2006-2011 he served as Director of the United States Mint, the world’s largest manufacturer of coins and medals. He was appointed by the President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
Under his leadership, he increased profitability 62% to over $1 billion a year, increased revenue 213% to $4.97 billion, and increased precious metal bullion sales by 975% to a record $3.5 billion annually.
From 2001-2006, he served as a Special Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel at the White House and assisted the President of the United States in staffing most cabinet departments and independent agencies as well as helped form the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
DR. JACK CHOW ADVISOR
Dr. Chow held the rank of ambassador as the Special Representative on Global HIV/AIDS for Secretary of State Colin Powell and as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Health and Science, the first U.S. diplomat of ambassador rank appointed to a public health mission. He led American diplomatic efforts in the establishment of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, and in countering global infectious diseases and bioterrorism threats.
In previous positions, Dr. Chow served as a senior official at the State Department's global affairs office, both the House and Senate Appropriations Committees, the Public Health Service at HHS, the Fogarty International Center of NIH, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. In the private sector, he has been a consultant on global health at the RAND Corporation, McKinsey & Company, and PRTM/PwC.
He is currently Distinguished Professor on Global Health at Carnegie Mellon University, Heinz College for Public Policy. He has served multiple times as a Sharkey Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Seton Hall University's School of Diplomacy and International Affairs. He was a 2013 Fellow at the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative, where he conducted research on the structure and design of national strategic policies.
DR. KEVIN KAPLAN ADVISOR
Dedicating more than a decade of his life to athlete care, Dr. Kaplan is currently the head team physician for the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars and has been a physician with the team for 12 years.
He is also the head team physician for the Bolles School, where he graduated from in 1995.
Previously, he served as the team physician for the Jacksonville Sharks and the University of North Florida.

CAPTAIN LARRY VINCENT (USN, Ret.) ADVISOR
Captain Vincent currently serves as Executive Officer, Defence Counterintelligence and Security Agency within the Office of Undersecretary for Intelligence and Security of the United States.
Previously, Captain Vincent was in charge of Russian Engagements for the Chief of Naval Operations of the United States and served as the Operations Center Director for all Naval and Marine Corps Forces in Europe and Africa. He was the Commodore for the Helicopter Sea Combat Wing, responsible for training, and equipping half of the Navy’s helicopter fleet, along with the MQ-8 Firescout, the Navy’s first operational unmanned helicopter. He was also the Division Chief for Strategic Effects working for Chaiman Joint Chiefs of Staff within the Department of Defence.
Vincent's awards include three Legions of Merit, four Defense Meritorious Service Medals, four Navy Commendation Medals, and various unit and campaign ribbons.

Mr. Anson previously occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer at One Team Media, and currently acts as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board at Loop Insights, Inc.
DEREK ANDERSON ADVISOR
Since retiring from the NBA, Derek Anderson founded the Stamina Foundation which provides educational programming and events which empower youth and young adults with resources and life skills. The Stamina Foundation has paved the way for over 100 under-privileged youth to attend college in a 20 year span.
Derek was drafted as the 13th pick in the 1997 NBA draft and became the first player signed to the Michael Jordan Brand and given his own signature shoe. With his first pay check from the NBA, he started his Foundation. In 2006, Derek won a World Title with the Miami Heat, becoming 1 of 13 players to win both an NCAA and NBA championship. He retired after an eleven-year NBA career in 2008.
After retirement, he expanded his business life and opened two hotels in Turks & Caicos, his own film studio (Loyalty Media Group), and began writing novels and screenplays. In 2010, Derek produced and directed the documentary "The Untouchables of Kentucky."
DR. JAMIE DWYER ADVISOR
Dr. Dwyer is a professor of medicine at Vanderbilt University, President of the Collaborative Study Group, and Co-Founder of Innovative Renal Care. Previously he served on the faculty of Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Dwyer has extensive experience working with FDA processes in particular devices and software.

Dr. Dwyer holds an Sc.B degree in mathematics and Latin from Brown University, and an M.D. with Distinction from Brown University Medical School. He trained in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic Florida, where he served as Chief Medical Resident. He trained in Nephrology and Clinical Research at VUMC. After a faculty appointment at Mayo Clinic, he joined the Nephrology Division of VUMC in 2008.
