In an office building, a group of people are working

to fill their papers. A thirtysomething man named Alex F.

Jones enters the scene.

“Hey what do you guys doing?” Alex asked.

“We filing out papers,” Michael said.

“For what?”

“For our boss to see them.”

“Oh okay. You guys wanna come to the super bowl

with me?”

“No, I’ll watch at home,” Michael said.

“Me too,” Julie said.

“Me three,” Jenny said.

“Okay,” Alex said. “Suit yourself.” Alex begins to walkout of the secene.

They’re still filling out papers.

“How many papers do we gotta fil?” Michael asked

Julie and Jenny.

“100,” Jenny said.

“A hundred,” Michael said as he turns around.“Yeah a hundred.” She still doing her stuff.

Michael can’t believe it. “Wow,” he said. He

continues to fil up papers.

Alex has a best friend, Kenny. They have a plan to go

to the Super Bowl. They already buy tickets, booked a

plane trip, and booked a room from the New York hotel.

Alex supports the New York team.

In the hallway, Alex is walking toward Kenny, who’s

hangs up the phone after he finishes talking.

“Hey could we have a talk?” Alex asked.

“Sure,” Kenny said. “How can I help you.”

“Well there’s Super Bowl going on in our stadium.”

“Oh yes the Super Bowl,” Kenny nodded.

  “You wanna come?”

“Are you loaded up busses.”

“Given a lot of people, almost 97% of people say that

they gonna watch it at home…,” Alex shakes his head.

“No.”

“Alright I’m in.”

Alex takes a copy of his address and gives it to him.

“Here,” he said.

Kenny takes it.

“You hold to this,” Alex continued. “I’ll call you on

the way.”

“Thank you.”

Alex begins to walk out.A fortysomething man who works here named

Benjamin Lee is walking down the hallway.

Benjamin Lee is a huge sports fan. He watches

football most of the time. He watches Baseball whenever

baseball is on. He watches Basketball whenever

basketball. And he also watches the rest of sportswhenever sports are on.

He already buy tickets for the Super Bowl every year

since his mid-20s and he tells his co-workers that if

anyone goes to the Super Bowl as him, then they get

dragged to the big game, whether they interested

hanging out with him or not.

As he walk down the hall in the office building,

suddenly saw a thirtysomething woman named Charlotte

doing something on her smartphone.

Charlotte is a somewhat a tomboy who loves to have

her smartphone out whenever there’s a game or an

action movie coming out.

He walked toward her.

Page 11: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

“What are you doing?” he asked.

She suddenly got scared when she didn’t his

footsteps. Her smartphone hit the carpet. Fortunately it

has a save cover.

“Sorry I didn’t meant to scare you.”

“That’s okay,” she said. “I’m watching clips for the

Super Bowl.”

“Oh,” he nodded. “Who’s gonna win?”

“I don’t know. We have to watch to find out. I’m

going to the stadium.”

“Me too.”

“Wait, you’re a senior.”

“Yes don’t you think seniors enjoy sports?” “Um…,” she thought for a moment.

“Yes they do,” he said before she could ever answer.

He begins to walk out. “Now I’m heading lunch,” he said.

She was surprised that Benjamin is going to the

stadium.

At a fast food restaurant, Alex and Kenny wereordering food.

“And what did you want,” the clerk asked Alex.

“I want a double cheeseburger,” Alex said.

“Double cheeseburger?”

“Yes.”

“Okay,” the clerk punch in those numbers. “That’ll

be twenty dollars,” she added.

“Okay,” Kenny said as he take out his wallet.

Outside, Benjamin is talking to his friend Oliver while

walking to that same restaurant.

Benjamin and Oliver have been friends for a quite

long of time. They sometimes eat lunch together

Page 12: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

whenever Oliver is ready. Benjamin is more ready for an

adventure than Oliver.

“So you going to the Super Bowl?” Oliver asked.

“Yep,” Benjamin said.

“But that’s far away.”

“I know, I’ll just have to get early so I can get there

on time.” He looked at him. “Are you going Oliver?” he

asked.

“Um no I’m watching it at home.”

“Why?”

“Because I’m too old for that. I don’t know about

you, since you obviously going to the far away stadium.”

They almost headed to the fast food restaurant, theystopped walking and look face to face.

“Relax,” Benjamin said. “I’ll be fine. I still have the

same awesome car.”

Oliver stares at him then he decides to be okay with

him. “Okay,” he said.

They finally enter the fast food restaurant just asAlex and Kenny took their treys and sit into an empty

table looking face to face.

The line starts to get smaller and quicker.

Benjamin and Oliver are in line in front of one

regular customer ordering food. They’re looking at the

menu. The menu is full of choices.

“What did you want?” Benjamin asked Oliver.

“I want a cheeseburger,” Oliver said. He looks at

him. “What did you want?”

Benjamin still looking at the menu. He looks at him

back. “You want a cheeseburger meal?” He asked.

“Yes.”

Benjamin looked back the menu. “I’ll want a chicken

sandwhich for me,” he said.

“Okay.”

As the customer take out a receipt and stands back,

they got walked in front of the same restaurant clerk.

Alex looking from the customer line suddenly saw

Benjamin from work.

“Wait Benjamin is ordering lunch,” Alex asked Kenny

without looking.

Kenny turns around and looks at Benjamin as

Benjamin and Oliver were seen ordering lunch with the

same clerk.

“Well he definatley is,” Kenny said to Alex. “Well hopefully he won’t see us,” Alex said.

The clerk gives Benjamin and Oliver a receipt.

“Here you go,” she said. “Your food will be ready in

less than two minutes.”

“Thank you,” Oliver said as he and Benjamin step

back for the next customer to move in.They looked at the receipt.

“Okay,” Benjamin said. “328,” he read the order

number.

As they looked around, Benjamin saw Alex and

Kenny sitting down eating lunch. He looked back at

Oliver.

“Stay right here and remind me when our order is

ready,” he told Oliver.

“Wait you going to the bathroom?” Oliver asked.

“No I’m going to meet some friends.”

“Okay.”

Benjamin walked toward Alex and Kenny.

“Oh god no,” Alex said.

Page 14: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

“Hello,” Benjamin said to them. “I never saw you

guys eating lunch here.”

“Well that’s our usually time,” Kenny said.

“It’s lunch time,” Alex added.

“Well usually I grab a bag of sandwich to work,”

Benjamin said. “But I rather stop by to eat lunch with my

Oliver.”

Alex and Kenny looked at each other.

“Are you looking to sit with us?” Kenny asked

Benjamin.

“Well not really,” he said. “But are you looking for

me to sit with you guys.”

Kenny looked at Alex, who got hesitant.“Don’t make an angry face now Alex,” Benjamin

warned.

Alex looked at him. He looked at Kenny again, who’s

waiting for answer.

Suddenly an restaurant employer called an order

number.“328,” she shouted.

Benjamin looked up. “That’s us,” he said as he begin

walking to get the food.

Oliver shows the receipt as he walked toward the

food. “Thank you,” he said.

“You’re welcome,” the employee said.

Benjamin rushing towards Oliver to get the food.

“Alright,” Oliver said.

“Can we sit with them,” Benjamin said as he points

to Alex and Kenny. “They wanna sit with us,” he added.

“Sure,” Oliver said.

Page 15: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

Minutes later, Benjamin and Oliver were sitting with

Alex and Kenny. Benjamin is sitting besides Alex, while

Kenny sits besides Oliver.

Alex wasn’t too happy about sitting with Benjamin

and his friends, and although Kenny wasn’t too happy

either, at least he was a nice gentleman.

“So are you ready for the Super Bowl?” Oliver asked.

“Yeah,” Kenny said. “Me and Alex are going to the

stadium.”

Alex nodded.

Benjamin got a surprise look. “Wait what,”

“We going to see the Super Bowl,” Alex said to him.

“In person.” Benjamin looked at Oliver.

“Not me,” he said. “I told you I’m not going there.”

Alex looked at Benjamin. “Wait,” he said. “You going

too?”

“Yeah I’m going to the Super Bowl,” Benjamin said.

“With you guys.” Alex and Kenny looked at each other in shocked.

“Oh c’mon guys,” Benjamin said.

“Where were you’ll be in?” Kenny asked.

“In a car.”

“We’ll be in the plane.”

“Huh huh,” Benjamin shook his head. “You either

come with me in the car or you’ll fired.”

Alex and Kenny looked at each other once again.

They were uncomfortable hanging out with him. They

wished they had a better plan rather than just blurt it out

in front of him.

Benjamin, meanwhile, is afraid of flying, especially

since the September 11th attacks. He is also afraid of

Page 16: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

trains too because of overcrowding, accidents, and other

transportation problems.

At a conference room in the office building, Alex,

Kenny, and Charlotte is sitting down in a table. She was

having a coffee.

“So what do you got Charlotte?” Alex asked.

“I have a chocolate coffee,” Charlotte said.

“You like it?”

“Yeah, eventually.”

Then Benjamin walks into the room with his

notepad.

“What’s this?” Charlotte asked. “Is this look like a

regular meeting.” “No Charlotte,” Benjamin said as he pull a chair to sit

down. “This is not look like any regular meeting. This is a

discussion for plans of a big game.”

She gave a curious look.

He looked at Kenny, who’s feels like he’s ready. “Go

ahead Kenny,” he said. “Let’s start this discussion.” Kenny stood up and prepared to talk. “Okay so we all

going to the Super Bowl,” he said.

“Yes,” the gang said.

“In person.”

“Yes.”

Benjamin opens up his notepad. He looks back at the

group. “My great suggestion is that we should all going

into my car,” he said.

Alex, fearing that everyone is going to hangout with

him, thinks fast. “Okay how about this,” he said with a

clap.

Ben jamin took a glaze stare at him, feeling that it’s

not going to happen.

Page 17: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

“How about we should all going on a plane.”

“First of all,” Benjamin rejects. “How about this. How

about if we all going to my car, then we all perfectly

fine.”

“Charlotte,” Alex said as he turns to her. “What do

you think?”

“Don’t listen to him Charlotte,” Benjamin said. “If

you chose on a plane, then you all be fired.”

Alex gives another at her with a chuckle. “C’mon

Charlotte,” he said. “You know he’s playing.”

“I’m not playing Alex,” Benjamin shouted at him.

“Maybe I should fire you.”

Alex suddenly shut up.Kenny and Charlotte looked at both of them back

and forth.

Soon, it looked like Alex and Benjamin are

competing to see who should go with whom.

Charlotte is the person who’s mostly caught in the

middle. When she given choice between two men, shemostly doesn’t have a clue until she feels she had no

choice choosing Benjamin.

Benjamin starts to calm down.

Before Charlotte answers anything, suddenly

another woman named Susanne enters the room. She

came with her brown purse.

“Hey what are you guys up to,” Susanne asked.

“We’re going to the Super Bowl,” Benjamin said as

he looked at her. “You wanna come?”

“Sure.”

The gang cheered.

“You wanna be on a car?” Benjamin asked her.

“Or on a plane?” Alex asked with a suggestion.

Page 18: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

  Suzanne thoughts for a moment.

Benjamin moves his face slowly closer to her as she

thinks.

She looks at him. “What are you doing?”

“Well I’m…waiting for an answer,” he said.

She thought again. “You have a car correct?” she

asked.

“Yep.”

“Aright I’m in,” she said as she looks at the rest of

the gang.

When Benjamin competes with his other male co-

workers, they always root for the women. And the

women obviously know that they have to chooseBenjamin’s side in order for them to stay in the job.

Susanne is the only one who’s really sides with him. She

doesn’t waste time. She always do the job well done.

“What?!” Alex shouted as he was shock.

Kenny didn’t move but his eyes.

Charlotte got excited to see her hanging out withthem.

Alex and Kenny looked at each other.

Benjamin gives Suzanne a high-five. “Well that’s

more like it,” he said.

CHAPTER 2

Alex, Kenny, Charlotte, and Susanne all drive their cars to

Benjamin’s house with their luggage suitcases. Minutes

later, everyone gathered their belongings and put them

in their back of Benjamin’s car. Once finished, they’re

hop into the car.

Benjamin was on the wheel, while Charlotte is

beside him. Suzanne, Alex, and Kenny (from left to right)

are all on the back.

“Alright are we all ready?” Benjamin asked.

“Yep I’m ready,” Charlotte said checking out his

smartphone.

“How about you Suzanne?”

“Yeah,” Suzanne said holding her purse.

“I’m fine,” Alex said rasing his hand.

“Me too,” Kenny said.

Benjamin turns around. He boots up the car. “Okay

here we go,” he said.

The car starts to drive off.The road trip has gone smoothly. Everyone has been

calm and quiet. However hours later, the gang suddenly

becomes tired…at least for a while.

“Are we there yet?” Suzanne asked.

“Not yet Suzanne,” Benjamin said. “We got four

hours to go.” “Why we have to go so early?” Kenny asked.

“Yeah why?” Alex asked.

“Because that way we gonna be first in line,”

Benjamin said.

“It doesn’t matter if we’re first in line.”

Benjamin pull his care from the highway and stops

the car.

“Hey,” Kenny shouted.

“What are you doing?” Charlotte asked.

“Why are we stopping?” Susanne asked.

Benjamin turns around without answering. “Oh so

we gonna be the last ones in line huh,” he said to Alex.

“How about I’ll fire you and let the rest of us in line.”

Page 20: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

  “Okay okay fine,” Alex said.

Benjamin slow turns around. He turns the car back

on and enters the highway again.

Another few hours later, just as the road trip is going

smoother again, the car got headed for a traffic jam.

“Oh crap,” Benjamin said.

“What,” Alex asked.

“Traffic jam.”

The gang goans.

Benjamin always drive the highway every Super Bowl

weekend. Usually, the highway was clear and nice. But

this time, it’s not.

“Why are we on traffic jam?” Kenny asked. “I don’t know,” Benjamin said. “Maybe there’s a lot

of people trying to go to the Super Bowl too.”

“Oh wow,” Alex said as he leans back.

“Don’t worry guys,” Benjamin said as calms them

down. “We’ll be fine.”

“We’ll be fine?” Alex asked as he was skeptical.“How we gonna be fine when we’re on a traffic jam?”

“You wanna be fired?” Benjamin asked as he looked

at him.

“No…”

“Then shut your mouth up.”

“Alex,” Kenny said. “Just calm down.”

Alex looked at him as he was still skeptical. “What

did you think it is Kenny,” he said. “So wait you love

traffic?”

“Well I’m not saying I love traffic.”

“But you sound like you are.”

“No,” Kenny shook his head a little.

Page 21: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

“Yeah you are,” Alex’s eyes are widen. “You seem to

love being a traffic jam.”

“Okay can you just be quiet,” Susanne told. “Alex.”

He suddenly lean back, still moaned.

“I know this is a terrible situation,” she looks at her

purse and pull out a mp3 player. “But why won’t you try

usuing your electronic device?” she looked at him.

“Yeah Alex,” Charlotte added, without looking. “Use

your divice.”

Alex suddenly looks straight at the front car window.

“No I would rather stare at the traffic for a while,” he

said to them.

Susanne, Charlotte, and Kenny are unhappy abouthis decision. They stare at him, like he’s not worth it.

Then they decided to move forward with their electronic

stuff without.

Hours later, they’re still on traffic jam. Even though

some of them had something on their hands to relax, the

gang couldn’t hold much longer with the traffic jam, including Alex.

Benjamin looked at his watch.

Charlotte is looking through her smartphone.

Suzanne is listening to her mp3 player.

Kenny is playing on a video game portable.

And Alex, well, stares at the traffic, like he wants to

do. He then looks at Kenny. “Kenny what are you

playing?”

“Mind your business,” Kenny said without looking.

“Oh so you don’t want to tell me what game you’re

playing okay.” Alex looked pathetically. “At least you

could tell me what time it is,” he continued.

Page 22: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/the-trip-to-the-super-bowl-part-1 22/32

“Use your watch, you dummy,” Kenny said, once

again without looking.

Alex looked back straight at the window.

Benjamin looks at his watch again. He looked back at

the traffic. “Looks like we gonna have a long night,” he

said in a clam tone.

“Yeah we know,” Alex said arrogantly.

“Looks like I’m the person behind the wheel who’s

patiently quiet.” Benjamin didn’t looked at him.

“Yeah and I’m the one who’s tired to being stuck in

TRAFFIC,” Alex shouted.

It appears that Alex and Benjamin were about to

fight over this nightmare situation on the road.Alex doesn’t like stuck in traffic. When it comes to

traffic jams, he complains about traffic. He suddenly

wished that he and Kenny would go on a plane without

all of the problems.

“Relax Alex,” Charlotte said without looking.

“Yeah,” Suzanne said as she looked at him. “Like wetold you, just try something on your smartphone.”

“There’s nothing on my smartphone,” Alex said.

“Do you have the internet?”

“My smartphone don’t have an internet

connection.”

She then got a surprising look as she stare upward.

“Okay,” she said slowly as she looks back at him.

“Well then ask your friend Kenny to borrow it,”

Charlotte suggests as she turns around to look at Alex.

She didn’t hear the conversation of Alex and Kenny

earlier as her music was pretty much loud.

Kenny looked up. “Huh,” he said. He then looks at

Alex. “Oh no,” he said shaking his head.

Page 23: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

  “C’mon Kenny,” Alex said.

“Oh no you should get your own smartphone.”

“I already have a smartphone.”

“Well then use it,” Kenny rolled his eyes to him.

“My smartphone doesn’t have an internet

connection.”

“Well…”

Alex wanted a smartphone. But when he turns it on,

he realized that his smartphone doesn’t have an internet

connection. He doesn’t really paying attention. All he

wanted was a smartphone because he saw a lot of

people have them. He can’t buy another one after that

purchase and he was not allowed to make a refund. Hewas ticked off.

“Okay can you two just stop it,” Benjamin said.

They got quiet and looked at him.

“I mean,” Benjamin continued. “We’re in the middle

of a traffic jam.”

“We know,” Alex and Kenny said. “And we all going to the Super Bowl right,” he said.

“Yes,” the gang said.

“Alright no more talking,” Benjamin looks at the

traffic. “We’re gonna make it.”

“No we’re not,” Alex disagrees. “We’re in the middle

of a traffic jam and you said we’re gonna make it, which

is…,” Alex rolled his eyes at himself. “Not happening,” he

said.

“Okay can you just be quiet Alex,” Benjamin starts to

feel irritated as he looked at him. “I know you complain

about the traffic but I’m trying to focus on what I’m

doing.”

Alex took a deep breath.

Page 24: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

“So would you please,” Benjamin said in a calm tone.

“Could just be quiet- relax for a while. Okay.”

Alex doesn’t like to feel relax when it comes to

waiting problems. Not just traffic jams, but also waiting

for the doctor’s appointment. That moment, he was

waiting for almost one and a half hour. He complains

about it and, as a result, he was told to get out because

he was a pain in the neck for everybody else who also

waits for their doctors to show up.

Another few hours later. It’s nighttime. Everybody is

hungry. They’re still on traffic jam. Usually when it comes to vacations, as they packed

their belongs, everybody brings their snacks in when they

get into the car, just in case if they get hungry. This was

not the case for this group of folks who want to see the

Super Bowl.

Apparently, they weren’t expected for a traffic jam. They didn’t bring food because they thought they’re

gonna make it. In…probably four hours or more. Sure the

traffic would come smoothly if the people weren’t into

something else like another big event coming.

Alex looks around. “Anybody hungry?” he asked.

“Yes,” Charlotte said. “I want some food.”

“Well I don’t bring food so…,” Benjamin said. He

looks at them through the car mirror. “Anybody?” he

asked, looking for the same answer.

The rest of the gang looked at each other.

“I don’t have any,” Charlotte said shaking her head.

“Me neither,” Kenny said.

Page 25: The Trip to the Super Bowl: Part 1

Alex looked at Suzanne. “Do you have food?” He

asked.

“What, did you?” she asked as she looked back.

“Nope.”

She took a deep breath.

Alex looks something out of her purse. It looks like

she has a candy bar.

She looked at him again and as she notices that he

saw her bar, she takes the bag away from him in

response. “Uh huh,” she said.

“I see you have candy,” he said.

“What,” Charlotte shouted.

“Are you kidding me?” Kenny asked Susanne. “I want some chocolate,” Benjamin added.

Susanne is now the center of attention. She hesitant

to share her food to all of them. She wants to eat it all at

once, just like everybody else.

They haven’t eating since breakfast and are

desperately hungry. They wanted Susanne’s only candyso bad.

Everyone is looking at her, except for Benjamin, who

is slowly traveling because of Traffic Jam.

She later became reluctant. “Alright fine,” she

shouted as she takes out candy from her bag.

“Ah thank you,” Alex said.

The rest of the gang relax themselves.

“Let me break it into pieces,” she added. She opens

her candy and did it as she told.

“Thank you,” Alex said. He eats it immediately.

“Thanks,” Kenny said.

“Thank you,” Charlotte said.

“Here,” Susanne said giving to Benjamin who takes

that bite.

“Thank you,” he said it slowly.

She then ate the last piece of the candy. She was

unhappy.

“Do you have more candy Susanne?” Kenny asked.

“No!” she shouted. “In fact I’m not buying any food

for you all. You guys have to bring food whenever there’s

a traffic jam or…whatever what’s going on.”

“She right,” Benjamin said. “I told you guys to bring

food with you. I don’t care if you eat it in the car.”

Susanne, Alex, and Kenny all looked at each other.

A few more hours later, they’re still stuck in traffic. The

traffic is moving, but still slowly. Kenny and Charlotte

were tired with their smartphones, while Susanne is still

listening to her mp3 player, although she, too, started to

get tired.

Meanwhile, Alex is singing a very uncomfortabletune, which annoyed the rest of the gang, including

Benjamin, who tries to stay focus on the traffic. He was

singing blah.

“Blah blah blah,” he sang slowly. “Blah blah blah blah

blah blah blaaahhh.”

“Okay since when did you start singing?” Kenny

interrupts.

“I don’t know,” Alex said. “I just start singing just

now.”

“Well this is not The Sound of Music. What we’re

listening to is The Sound of Blah, coming from your

mouth,” Kenny said arrogantly.

Alex rolled his head. “Is there any other way that I

can enjoy?” he asked everybody.

“Use your freaking smartphone,” Benjamin said.

“My smartphone, like I told you, doesn’t an inter-,”

Alex stopped for a thought come up in his head. “Wait do

you have a smartphone?” he asked Benjamin.

Benjamin awfully leaned back after Alex asked him

that.

For the entire run of this traffic jam so far, Benjamin

is the only guy in the car who didn’t use an electronic

device because he was behind the wheel. Alex was the

only one in the rest of the gang who rides with him not

enjoying the time of his life.Benjamin looked at Alex through the car mirror.

“Alright you know what,” he said as he starts to pull his

smartphone out of his pants pocket. “Here,” he said as

he gives it to Alex.

“Thank you,” Alex said with a sign of relief.

“Don’t break it, don’t spit on it, don’t sneeze on it,don’t do anything harmful to my smartphone,” Benjamin

told him. “Is that clear Alex?”

“Yes.”

“Alright good.” Benjamin looks back at the traffic.

“Now be quiet.”

Another hours later, it’s almost 11:00pm, and

they’re still stuck in traffic.

The gang, except for Benjamin, were about to sleep.

Alex was just tired both physical and emotional. He

already given back Benjamin’s smartphone.

“Oh my god,” he said.

  “What Alex?” Benjamin asked.

“I feel like we never make it.”

“We will.”

“I’m gonna sleep,” Kenny said. “I’m hungry and

tired.”

“Yeah me too,” Susanne said.

Charloette is already sleeping.

Benjamin is the only man staying up because he’s

behind the wheel. While waiting to get off the traffic jam,

he secretly opens up one of his bottle of waters. He

drinks it. Most of it.

“Ahh,” he said feeling refreshed. He puts it back and

put his hands back on the sterling wheel. The next morning, the gang starts to wake up and they

suddenly see they’re out of traffic. The car is driving

normal as usual. Only a few cars driving past by, around,

or behind.

Benjamin is very happy.

“Oh my god,” Alex said. “We get of this mess,” Kenny said as he looked at

him.

“From last night,” Susanne said as she looks at them.

“Well that was a bad night wasn’t,” Alex said.

Charlotte looks around. The sun is shining and the

car is driving faster. “Wow,” she said. “Unbelievable.”

They all relieved.

“Benjamin what happened at overnight?” Alex

asked.

“Well there was a big crash on the highway,”

Benjamin explains. “The police, the ambulance, and the

truck had come to the scene to take it away.”

“Oh,” The gang said as they get it now.

“Well, moving on, we all hungry,” he continued. “Is

that right?”

They looked at each other once again as they

suddenly remembered last night.

“Oh yeah,” Charlotte said.

“I was giving you all pieces of my candy last night,”

Susanne said.

“Yeah we’re hungry at the time,” Kenny

remembered.

“Is that mean we’re all going to breakfast?” Alex

asked Benjamin.

“Yes we are,” Benjamin said.

The gang starts to feel a sign of relief.
