    The worst case scenario is theoretically a100% loss of investments.

    Still, this is highly unlikely. The main risk isclearly in the implementation phase. We

    manage these risks by contracting highlyprofessional web builders.

    We believe that the operationalinfrastructure alone creates a corporate

    value in excess of the initial shareholderscapital.

    The infrastructure coupled with successfulmarketing offers the real potential oftransforming the enterprise into a 100+
