I received a phone call yesterday from a cus-tomer named, J. Reid, (former) Operations Manager for a large call center. She explained that after talking to 6 different clerks, “Felisa went above and beyond to assist her.” She said, “Felisa was wonderful, and took an initia-tive to call different departments to try and

help understand my situation.” She mentioned that she was 70 years old, and “appreciates someone who takes their time out of the day, especially on a Monday, to try and help answer all of my questions.” She wanted to thank the hiring staff for hiring such a “very kind and helpful employee.” Ms. Reid expressed much grat-itude towards the professionalism Felisa gave her over the phone and wishes every department had an employee like her.

“I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from employees of your department. I was assisted

by [LARRY BOTELLO & CHRISTOPHER MORROW– CRIMINAL OPERATIONS], they both were very helpful, professional, and pleasant. They have outstanding customer

service skills and Larry went out of his way to be helpful. Once again, much appreciation.” ~ Sonia M. Hasty-Lott

“Brenda, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for helping me get those documents last week. You really helped us get our job done, and it is much appre-ciated. I know you didn't have to, and it’s nice to know that there are still people out there who will go the extra mile to help out.” ~Jeremy Knock

This is what the other side looks like.

You’ll end up with something that looks like this.

Place the lolly pop on top of the pipe cleaners, about 1/3 of the way in from one side.

Put a small dab of hot glue on the back side of the googly eyes. Place the eyes towards the front of the pipe cleaner spi-der’s body.

Wouldn’t these look amazing as decorations/treats on a Hal-loween table? Also, they’d make terrific treats to send with your kids to school on Halloween!

Bend the legs into little L’s.

Wrap the long side around the lolly pop and loop it around.

Line up the four pipe cleaner pieces beside each other and center them as best you can.

Take two black pipe cleaners, and cut them in half.
