Section 62-32 Periodic review of the adopted comprehensive plan and adoption of evaluation and appraisal report of the Miami City Code states detailed infomation about Amendments to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan.

Parcel 2 is currently zoned C-1, as to its easterly 100'' however the westerly portion of the parcel is still zoned R-2, with a variance to C-1 to allow the existing parking lot, which has been on the parcel, since the commercial building on the easterly 100' was constructed, more than 20 years ago. 2. The missing tax bills requested for the application are not present herein because they were mailed to the wrong party due to an error by the Miami-Dade Tax Assessor's Office. There has been no change of ownership since the date of the most recent deed attached hereto, dated May 4,2005. So as to establish that the erroneous information presented by the Miami-Dade Tax Assessor's Office is established, the applicant has attached hereto a certified copy of the deed showing the transfer of both of the "Parcel 1" properties from Elizabeth Pyke to the applicaht(s) trustee. The transfer from the trustee to the two applicant corporatjons is also attached hereto. Also attached hereto is a certified copy of the deed to Parcel 2 from the trustee to the applicant corporations. 3. The certification of corporate standing, which was obtained by applicant 1490 Plus Inc. was obtained prior to filing of the current report. Said current report has been filed, and the web site of the Division of Corporations shows that the corporation is effective as of May 2,2006. The certificate of standing of Fourel Corporation is attached hereto. 4. Additional attached information, including current survey of "Parcel 2" for which the subject properties are being rezoned to provide parking, parking lot plan prepared by Ferguson Glasgow Schuster and Soto showing green area and existing trees and proposed parking layout, and pictures o f 'Parcel 1" and of its proximity to the adjacent "Parcel 2" parking lot are all accurate and current. 5.
