They built a lot of ships in the New England Colonies

The Triangular Trade helped the Colonies’ economy.

In the Middle Colonies, a lot of grain was grown.

All industries help the Colonies flourish.

The Southern Colonies grew a lot of rice and tobacco.

In the South, they had big plantations that the slaves worked on.

They had slave auctions which people bought slaves.

The overseer was the boss of the plantation.

Slavery wasn’t very popular in the North.

Slavery made the Southern Colonies wealthy.
