This 22-story high rise includes 375 units and is centrally-located in in the heart of the world reknown Houston Medical Center. The first TDC built high-rise will feature high-end finishes with premium “pent house” units available showcasing white quartz waterfall countertops, unparalleled views, exclusive controlled access, and more. Vantage Med Center will play host to a 3,000 SF fitness center, private poolside cabanas adjacent to the infinity edge pool, a yoga room and outdoor yoga deck, relaxation room, dog park and media room. This beaitful new property is scheduled to open March 2017.

Kyle joined the TDC team on November 18, 1991 as an Accountant upon discovering the job listing in the newspaper. In March 1994 he transitioned to the tax department and was promoted one year later to Tax Compliance Manager where he qualified the company’s different entities to do business in Texas and other states. He also began assisting the executive team with property taxes. He was elevated once more in October 1997 to Tax Manager and continued in the role for 7 years. In October 2004 he became the Asst. Controller back in the Accounting Department. After only a few short months, Kyle was promoted yet another time to Controller. Fast forward a few more years, he began to manage the cash for the non-construction entities and helped supervise the management accounting group. Kyle recounted that, “It was a great challenge that was eye opening and turned out to be a great fit for me.” In October 2012, he was elevated to VP of Accounting and finally in April 2016, he rose to the role he now holds as TDC’s VP of Accounting – Financial Accountant.

In his own words, “I now have the privilege of applying all the knowledge and experience I have learned while working here for The Dinerstein Companies the last 25 years. I am really enjoying learning more about the business and helping Tommy and Mike with special projects. I want to thank the guys, working here the last 25 years has been a great blessing to my family and me. I also want to say thank you to all the great employees and all the wonderful people I have met over the years working here. I look forward to the future and continue to work for this great company.”

Vantage Med Center, Houston, TXVantage Med Center continues to progress well. The 22 story concrete structure is officially topped out and dried in with cabinets up through level 12 and interior stud work and MEP rough ins now complete. The project remains on schedule for phased occupancy beginning in early February with project completion scheduled for end of March, 2017.

Millennium Mission Valley, San Diego, CAMillennium Mission Valley in San Diego continues to remain on schedule. The team is focusing on completing the six story cast in place garage, continuing progress on the concrete podium, and wrapping up the first residential phase of 5 story wood framing. The project remains on schedule for phased occupancy beginning late summer, 2017.

Millennium Music Row, Nashville, TNMillennium Music Row in Nashville has been back under construction since early June. The team has been focusing on site work, utilities, and the concrete podium. The project remains on schedule for a late spring/early summer, 2018 completion.

Sterling Northgate, College Station, TX Sterling Northgate in College Station continues to progress well. The seven story steel frame continues to progress well and roofing is scheduled to start by the end of the month on the three story wood structure. The project remains on schedule for an August, 2017 completion.

Millennium Santa Monica, Santa Monica, CAMillennium Santa Monica is off to a strong start. The site work crews have been in full swing all summer with shoring and excavation of our two level below grade parking structure now complete. Concrete foundations are now officially in progress with framing scheduled to begin in early Spring.

Sterling Tempe, Tempe, AZSite work and utilities are well underway in Tempe with concrete foundations going in as well. Pre-cast garage erection is scheduled to start in early December with wood frame starting in early Spring. The five story, 775 bed project remains on schedule for August, 2018 completion.

College Station High Rise, College Station, TX Site work and grading have officially begun with concrete foundations and piers in progress. Site utilities and plumbing undergrounds are all in progress as well. The project will feature nine residential levels over six stories of parking with retail on level 1. Everything is on schedule for an August, 2018 completion.

Ashlyn Benson, our bookkeeper, does the things not everyone thinks about doing. On one stormy day in Baton Rouge, a prospect (who is now a future resident) was walking out, Ashlyn ran to her office, grabbed her umbrella, and walked each of them individually from the door to their vehicle in the parking lot. She came back in soaking wet, but with a smile on her face as always. She is a joy to be around, and exemplifies 212 degrees of service 100% of the time. Thank you Ashlyn!
