The ‘Taste of Ireland Green Box’ Showcase in Dubai
The taste of Ireland green box competition was a week-long Irish agriculture trade visit to the Gulf States. On the 31st of October it concluded with abanquet at the Dubai Irish Business Network, where the 12 top chefs battled it out at a gala dinner. The dinner was attended by over 50 top UAEhotels and dining establishments. Blackthorn foods was a selected ingredient for the chefs and at the end of the night each of the guests went homewith a bar of melting pot fudge in their goody bag!
