• The industry is experiencing yearly growth rates at 25-30 percent.
• The industry needs more than 150 new engineers in Denmark every year.
• Decreasing interest in engineering among young Danes and existing engineer students have limited knowledge about wind power.

• This led to new ideas to approach the students and new ways to show responsibility towards educating the next generation of engineers in the wind power industry.
