The SuitesBUILDING, ROOM, AND FURNITURE INFORMATION

The University Suites is one of the newest, most sought-after residence halls on campus. This hall is located on the northwest side of campus near the Wellness Center and the Max Chambers Library.

Floor plans feature a private bath or a bath shared between two rooms and offer residents increased privacy and the college experience in one building. Directly outside is a courtyard with a basketball court and a volleyball court. Equipment for these is available for check-out at the Suites front desk. Free on-site laundry is located on the first floor.

The Suites features the 4110 Lounge, a renovated space with couches and desks perfect for late night studying. The Suites also features the Broncho Sports Grill. Open until 11 p.m. most nights, the Sports Grill features TV’s broadcasting sports and a lounge space for groups to study, grab some food, and hang-out.
