The Orphans of Vietnam Slide 6 Most of these orphans end up on the streets where they often work as street peddlers, beggars or in orphanages where conditions of life are poor and unsafe. The Orphans of Vietnam Slide 7 They usually are hungry for love, attention, and affection. They often experience isolation, desperation, loneliness, and a sense of hopelessness. Slide 15 They often experience poor confidence and low self-esteem. These experiences may push them into a future on the streets.
