and Iasos.She was raised by bears.

MarriageShe refused to marry anyone, but

said yes to Hippomenes, with one condition.

Atalanta’s ConditionAtalanta would only marry

Hippomenes if he could beat her in a race.

AphroditeAphrodite gave him three golden

apples.

The RaceHe threw the golden apples into her

path.

The Prince WinsThe prince beat Atalanta, and she

found out that he had tricked her.

Happily Ever AfterShe realized that he just wanted to

marry her, and they lived happily ever after.
