T he plasma Cell still attached seems like dead weight with its eyes still joined.(screen looks to plasma).

  The Treatment

Act 1

In a semi cartoon body, we see muscles shaped over in a form similar to that of a security

booth housing a Plasma cell, with a set type of antibodies resting within its person. Various

cells, i.e. Blood Cells, white Blood cells, Megakaryocyte Cells etc will pass by the muscle

booth, being ³waved in´ by the security officer like Plasma Cell.

One Cell passes by of a particular colour and shape, keeping its head down as not to be

noticed, the plasma cells, curious about the one cell it couldn¶t identify (stops the barrier

made of twisted nerves) leaves the booth and checks out this unidentified cell. Plasma cell

makes the unidentified cell wait while it takes out an antibody and waves down alien cell likea hand held metal detector. The anti body begins to shake while it¶s scanning the antibody

and latches onto the alien cell. The Plasma cell slowly looks up at the alien cell, which has

now been confirmed as a previously fought of virus cell, and the alien cell slowly looks up at

the plasma cell, after a bit of uncomfortable silence, and major panning out to reveal both thecells staring at each other, the plasma cell¶s eye membranes swirl and ultimately join to make

one big (membrane in its head), this works as a silent alarm.

Act 2

All the cells going about their business stop and stare at the virus cell. The virus cell, now

scared of all the attention its getting (rising shot from cell to looking up showing all the cells

rising and staring down at it) begins to panic and attempts to shake of the white blood cell tono avail. The screen fades to pan up at a Plasma cell/white blood cell preparing for battle, we

see its body slightly stretch to grab an antibody which acts as arms. After the long scene of

the cell¶s preparation, it stands to salute (screen at a ¾ angle and while doing) so it replicates

itself horizontally (screen slowly pans overhead) and replicates its self vertically, filling the

room it¶s in. (a muscle cavity up high with a specific sign detailing where in the body it is)screen fades. (Army music)

Back to the panicked virus cell it begins to make a run for it, the plasma cell still in its siren

state is stuck onto the virus cell and flops while the virus makes sharp turns in order to evadedetection) Virus cells leaves screen but (comically) the plasma cell is stationary but the ³arm´

attached to the virus cell continues to get longer till the body finally follows its ³arm´. He

floats through various pathways encountering blood cells and similar (will be narrowed downafter a location for this event has be chosen). He eventually gets to a part in the body wherethere are what seems like trenches/ raised ridges to safely hide himself behind. The plasma

Cell still attached seems like dead weight with its eyes still joined.(screen looks to plasma).

Act 3

A sudden sound of rushing ¶water¶ is heard, making the virus cell even more panicky. Over a

ridge/ large muscle hill (camera low looking up giving authority to the Plasma cells) a hoard

of Plasma cells/white blood cells rush over with antibodies at the ready like guns and

surround the virus cell. The virus cell attempts to make a run for it, the other cells beginshooting the antibodies from within their body. The camera follows the last antibody shot,

like a bullet swirling to it eventually lands on the virus¶s face.

The virus opens its eye(s) to see its pinned to a muscle wall, with the previous plasma cellstill attached. (Above shot) the white blood cells begin to make a gap down the middle. The

virus bewildered stares, a rotund cell waddles down the gap, uses its µhand¶ to detach the plasma cell leaving the antibody it used to hook onto the virus there, it then floats with its

eyes still joined.

(Pov of virus) virus looks up shaking, the Macrophage slowly stares down, reaches inside

itself and whips out something like a napkin, pats the µnapkin¶ to its front, clears its throat. Itthen proceeds to eat the virus (pov so the screen goes black while the camera enters the

macrophage¶s mouth).

The scene fades up to the plasma cell with its eyes joined floating in the same spot, its eyessuddenly un join, it blinks and looks around, realises its job is done and proceeds to head

back to the µmuscle security booth¶. We see many cells have been waiting behind the nerve barrier. The plasma cell takes its rightful place within the security booth and continues the job

it was doing before, waving cells in.

The Step Outline

Act1

. White cell notices virus.

Act2

.White cell gets attached to virus.

.Virus makes a run for safety.

Act3

. Virus gets trapped by antibodies deployed by white cells.

. Virus gets eaten.

. White cell carrys on its day as usual.

The Premise

A hectic journey and an unwanted companion makes the story of how one virus attempt toinfect the body becomes more than it bargained for.

The Logline

A white cells everyday task is interrupted by a foreign body; once the body is recognised as a

familiar danger attempting to subdue the new cell is its priority.

The Synopsis

The story of a virus trying to infect a human body is made more complicated than desired by

encountering a white cell that appears to be more trouble than it is worth. A panicky journey, Dangerous assailants and unwanted companions makes this viruss life a

nightmare.
