• There are approximately 5 million oil wells in the world, 600,000wells in China, of which about 60% are sucker rod pump (SRP)systems and 20% are conventional PCP systems.

• Any oil and gas well (including horizontal wells) with a maximumoutput of 400 b/d is suitable for THE SRD.

• Any oil and gas well with a maximum output of 220 b/d with highwater cut, low viscosity, low-sand and low-wax is suitable for THELESP.

• Each year, approximately 50,000 to 100,000 new oil wells are put intoproduction and all of which could be suitable for either THE SRD-2 orTHE LESP.

• Conventional Side-drive PCP system, which will be banned in Chinain 2019, companies such as Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, WaterfordInternational and Halliburton will be affected by this policy.
