I started my Kata Quest by asking where I wanted to go too.

I visioned what (communication) state I was striving to achieve.

I imagined A WORLD OF TRUTH


I continued with KATA. I practiced “The SpeakStrong Ultimate Communication Formula.”


Plus, I went on a “Yes Fast” for six months.

The “Yes Fast” is a very powerful Kata


And I went on a “Sarcasm Fast.”

I’m still on it.

It’s amazing what we hide behind our sarcasm. Or what I hid, anyway.


I recently tested my current Communication Kata Quotient…

…by visiting my family.


It was EXCELLENT

Plus, it gave me plenty of new challenges/opportunities to practice my communication kata……so my next visit will be even excellenter.
