The Ownership Package

The purchase price of the apartments are €250,000 plus Vat.

Purchasers must enter into a 4 year lease-back agreement with The Heritage Golf Club,

receiving €14,760 (incl. of VAT) per annum for each of the 4 years of the lease. Purchas-

ers can avail of a higher lease value if they choose not to avail of the 4 week private use

of the apartment.
