and commitment to refuse the “low intense administration mode” (Guillermo O’Donnell)

analysis and exchange of experience in management of health care facilities with different sources and methods of financing

training and re-training of acting health administrators, who are able to make effective decisions, based on learned knowledge and professional skills for implementation of administrative, financial, economic and other changes, directed towards the improvement of health care system

The SHCMA welcomes applications from experienced health care professionals who need to enhance their knowledge

base and skills in order to effectively manage their organizations. Middle level administrators desiring to obtain more senior responsibilities are also welcomed along with physicians and other professionals either

seeking to enter or presently holding managerial positions and those with little management experience, desiring to

obtain knowledge and experience in health care administration career

(8 week educational program) along with written project presentation

and passing of the final test .
