Have a vision for yourself, for your business, and the world Vision is the ability to clearly perceive what’s

possible A clear vision is vital to overcoming the “drift

effect” Key to “creating” effective change

Shift your mindset to bringing greater value, benefit, and contribution to others and your highest purpose Focus on creating value first and success will come,

it just has to be. Create value for all of your stakeholders Replace the quest for “success” with the quest with

the quest for contributions—Peter Drucker

Know the end results you are trying to attain How will you know when you have success? How will you measure it, observe it, and

experience it?

Understand the potential impacts of your vision, goals and actions: What will happen if you do? What will happen if you don’t? What won’t happen if you do? What won’t happen if you don’t?

Master the ability of “Tri-sight”… Foresight (Future)

now?

Hindsight (Past) What could I have done differently or will do

differently in the future?
