Spa ExperienceTo make the most of your spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we request that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes earlier to prepare for your treatment; or recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to enjoy our inviting wellness zone. For your convenience the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit. During all treatments you will be properly draped for ensured privacy.

Relaxation AreaWe invite you to rest and recuperate in our relaxation area to allow your treatment to best benefit both your body and mind. Stay for as long or as little time as you like.

ReservationsAdvanced booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. The Spa provides walk-in bookings based on availability.

Minimum AgeThe minimum age for spa treatments, use of the pool, fitness and wellness zone is 14 years. All children below 14 years need to be supervised by an adult when using the pool.

Lateness & Cancellation PolicyPlease be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of twelve hours’ notice for cancellations. With fewer than twelve hours’ notice you will be charged 100% of your treatment price.
