In 1891 a new brewery was built in Hertford and the same year The Salisbury Arms became part of the family brewer business, McMullen. Our traditional values are brought to life in a stunning building, filled with original architectural features and a view of the town centre, an idyllic backdrop for sociable drinks. The Salisbury has three cosy bars with separate restaurant and function room.

Start your day with freshly ground coffee or perhaps our ever-popular afternoon teas, a fine brew from British tea makers Teapigs or perhaps even a glass of bubbly!
