My story

• In recent years my MS has rapidly progressed. So I decided to join in the community where I could get some much needed support. When going to events I noticed there was mostly only water to drink for the racers. Just plain water doesn’t replenish you much and doesn’t give you enough minerals you need to recharge. I decided to change my approach to my illness and help support others where I can.

You start to feel like you are going crazy

You avoid going out to not be a burden

Thé Sain• In our society we all struggle with this illness which is very cumbersome

and a lot more effort to say the least.

• Since I have started sharing my experience, pain, frustration and struggles I have learned so much more about others ways of coping in similar ways as I do and new ways to try.

• Getting so involved has now greatly inspired me to create and share something that love and really makes a difference. Giving someone special homemade tea just feels good.

• Other people have started sharing other foods or drinks to help them their lives

Each MS case is different but we all learn little ways of treating and living with our symptoms. Since I started to add tea into my life. I noticed a big change in the way I feel healthier ways to deal with stress.

• I gained the love of tea from my grandmother. She always made her homegrown herbs and fruits to put in her teas.

• I’ve gotten very creative in making my homemade tea and better ways as well. Other things you can do is even eat the tea for a sweet treat and add them to a relaxing bath

• I have gotten into growing my own herbs, fruits and spices at home and I’m noticing a change and feeling of more fresh life in my home.

• I started working with others with the same ailment and its been a great bonding experience for me with people that can relate to my life.

We also have to be very aware of the foods and drinks and what they are made with.

Food and fluids are an essential part of our health and we do better with is without preservatives as much as possible.

And hey, who can ever get sick of tea any ways?
