stUdent traveL ticket FOr nrW – printOUtThe student travel ticket for NRW is an A4 printout. You can use the RUBICon compu-ter system in the University Administration Building to print out the NRW travel ticket, or you can do this via the following link: https://nrw-ticket.uv.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/Login.aspx

• The ticket has to be printed on white pa-per; the size must not be changed.

• The NRW travel ticket is only valid with your student card or another form of photographic ID.

• You cannot use this ticket to take some-body with you.

the rUB stUdent traveL ticket: siMpLy get On and gOAfter you have paid your social contributi-on fee, you can obtain the ticket for public transport: This ticket for RUB students is va-lid for one semester and it entitles you to tra-vel on all buses, metros (U-Bahn), trams, in-terurban trains (S-Bahn) and regional trains (RE/RB) throughout North Rhine-Westpha-lia (NRW). Please note that intercity trains (ICE/IC) are not included and you will have to pay for these.

stUdent traveL ticket FOr the vrrThe student travel ticket of the VRR area (Preisstufe D Süd) is the stamp on the back of your student card.

Take somebody with you – for free!One person is allowed to travel with you for free from Monday - Friday after 7:00 pm, all day on weekends and bank holidays throughout the VRR area (the Rhine-Ruhr region).

Mitnahmeregel:Im VRR-Bereich kann Mo-Fr ab 19 Uhr, am Wochenende und an Feiertagen ganztags ei-ne Person zusätzlich kostenlos mitfahren.

seMesterticket nrW – „ticket-tO-print”Das Semesterticket NRW ist ein separater Ausdruck im Din-A4-Format. Das NRW-Ti-cket kann entweder an RUBICon-Rechnern (z.B. im Foyer der UV) oder unter folgendem Link ausdruckt werden: https://nrw-ticket.uv.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/Login.aspx

• Das Ticket muss auf weißem Papier aus-gedruckt werden; die Größe darf nicht verändert werden.

• Das NRW Ticket ist nur gültig in Verbin-dung mit einem Lichtbildausweis, d.h. Sie müssen einen Ausweis dabei ha-ben, auf dem Sie auf einem Foto zu er-kennen sind.

• Die Mitnahmeregel gilt nicht für das NRW-Ticket.
