Goal: This webinar is designed to explore the challenges and responsibilities that institutions may have in the development of a comprehensive multicultural recruitment and retention plan. We will also discuss how to formulate a plan that could work with the many cultural challenges facing our communities. The goal is to be able to address some of the challenges that face multicultural recruitment and retention initiatives by understanding multiculturalism, which could shape the best practices you will use in meeting the needs of the students and institution.
