ill il ' 13 ill il ' (YAHWEH BEN YAHWEH) was born October 27,

1935, in Kingsfisher, Oklahoma.

He received a Bachelor's Degree

from Phillips University, Enid, Okla

homa; a Master's Degree in Econom

ics from Atlanta U Diversity, Atlanta,

Georgia; and studied law at Oklahoma

University.

ill il ' 13 ill il ' (YAHWEH BEN

YAHWEH) was a tactical instructor

while serving in the United States Air

Force. He received an honorable

discharge. ? ill il ' 13 ill il ' (YAHWEH BEN

YAHWEH) came to Miami, Florida,

alone in 1979 to become the Spiritual

Leader and Founder of the Nation of

ill il ., (YAHWEH) . Although He

took a vow of poverty that same year,

within 12 years He guided the Nation

and those who followed His teachings

and principles to amass an economic

empire in Miami and throughout the

United States worth over $250 mil

lion.

Introduction

Our particular relationship with our particular God is most important; and?

it is so beautiful to see in Deuteronomy, Chapter 16:10, where we're asked to do

something that no other god asks his followers to do -- "Keep the Feast of

Weeks":

"And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God, illil' (Yahweh), with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the LORD thy God, ill il ., (Yahweh), according as the LORD thy God, ill il ., (Yahweh), hadn blessed dnee."

I am producing books about this Feast. The wise will want these books, and

will not be satisfied without them.

The foolish virgins among us will not put any oil in their lamps. Your lamp

is your mind. That's what helps you to see your way out of poverty. You cannot

see your way out of poverty until you come to understand that that is where you

reside.

As you read in Deuteronomy 16: 10, you can see that you must have the

tribute of a freewill offering of your hand, which you must give unto ill il .,

(Yahweh), your God. You have to know who your God is to give it to Him.

You don't have a choice. If you want the blessings from the law of the Feast of

Weeks, you have to do this.

True Wealth

· il1 il ., (Yahweh) is requiring you to be blessed. THE LAW OF THE

FEAST OF WEEKS REQUIRES YOU TO BE RICH. You cannot belong to

ill il ., (Yahweh) and be poor. That goes with the territory. And this includes

more than money.

Some of us have been deluded into thinking that wealth is money. What I

want you to understand is that wealth does not exclude money. Wealth is more

than money. Don't you ever forget wealth includes money. When you have

"true" wealth, you'll have true money too. One comes first if you want to keep

it forever. You can inherit money, and without "true" wealth, it dissipates and it

is soon gone. "True" wealth is so powerful that you can have no money, and then

end up with all of it.

The Resu"ection of Abel

You are going to have to use your hands here and sow some seeds of ill il .,

(Yahweh) --not wild oats, but seeds of illil' (Yahweh). Wild oats do not need

your help. They do their own thing naturally. I took care of wild oats. This

harvest requires some work from you: to sow some seeds. And I have taught that

the Kingdom of Heaven is like unto a man.

What is so fascinating about the Feast of Weeks is that heaven is no longer

a fantasy. Heaven is no longer illusive. Heaven is no longer unknowable.

Heaven is no longer an unreachable mystery. I have unfolded to you the parable:

The Kingdom of Heaven is likened unto a man that sowed seeds of ill il .,

(Yahweh).

The Feast of Weeks is celebrated in the third month, seven weeks after

Passover. That is significant. We learned that this is not left up to chance; it is

mathematically correct and required. It happens the same way every time -

forever.

Here is a perfect prescription: When you study the number seven, you will

begin to understand some of the mysteries of perfection. Seven sevens is

perfection: that's 49. FOUR IS A NUMBER THAT SAYS FOUNDATION,

AND NINE IS COMPLETION. That is why you carry a baby nine months: it

is a sign of completion.

Between Passover -- the time you exit -- and by the time you Exodus

America, you should leave sowing your seeds. Sowing the seeds of ill il'

(Yahweh) is how you get out of America. That's the only way you can exit. In

seven complete sevens, you should have so much wealth that you need cargo

planes just to bring your offerings to ill il ., (Yahweh).

Sanctify Yourself

According to Leviticus 11:44, "true" wealth is when you sanctify yourself

and become holy:

"For I am the LORD your God, i11il" (Yahweh) : ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. "

You are going to have to go to work on yourself. You cannot do it without My

help; but once I shine the light on Satan, then you have to go to work sanctifying

yourself.

You must study "sanctify yourself." For I am ill il ., 13 ill il ., (Yahweh Ben

Yahweh), your God. And because I am, you shall therefore sanctify yourselves and

you must be holy. Why? Because I am holy. And neither shall you defile yourself

with any wicked thoughts creeping around in your mind. Don't leave any in there.

Get rid of ALL wicked, abominable thoughts out of your head. Don't eat any of

them. Don't swallow any wicked thoughts. Don't let any wicked thoughts hang

around and defile the body of your mind.

Take-Home Pay

It is against the law of ill il ' (Yahweh) to be poor. I am going to say it

again: It is against the law. You can't follow illil' (Yahweh) and be poor. I

know all about your poverty, and it is against the law of ill il ' (Yahweh) to be

in poverty. It is an insult to ill il ' (Yahweh) for you to claim to be His child -

He owns everything -- and you claim poverty.

You are supposed to remember the Feast of Weeks, forever. The law of the

Feast of Weeks tells you that it is against the law of ill il ' (Yahweh) to be in

poverty. I have some who would rejoice over being rich. They would already be

dancing. After revealing that it is against the law to be in poverty, they would

jump up and dance. It is a blessing to find out it is against the law of your God

to be in poverty.

· It is not against the laws of this country. The laws of this country are

designed to make you poor. They tax every dime you get. We found out that

our enemies tricked us into thinking we have take-home pay. Inadvertently, the

only pay you are ever going to be able to take home is what you bring to ill il '

(Yahweh) -- out of America, because your enemy is taxing every dime you hold.

That is why you cannot make the progress you want to make. How can you make

progress when someone is taxing away everything you get your hands on, and you

are unconscious about it? What a deception to live under -- thinking you have

something; and in actuality, you have nothing without your God. All that you

have is in your God, ill il ' (Yahweh). You do not have anything outside of Him.

You cannot have anything outside of Him.

What is even more amazing is that your enemies tax away all that you have,

and have you loving them for doing it. These people are putting and keeping you

in poverty because you, My people, want to be like them instead of being like

your God, ill il ' (Yahweh). What a short fall. You need to refocus your mind

from those who are putting you in poverty to the Man who blesses you to be rich

without sorrow through His laws. Just refocus -- that's all.

Your Opportunities In America

Satan can't hold you against your will when you become aware of him.

Your whole problem is seeing him. Once I reveal Satan, then nothing can prevent

you from allowing Me to enter into your mind. You will invite Me in. When I

" am invited into your house, I set My law in motion there. And My law requires c. you to be rich. It is just impossible to be poor.

Imagine that! You've been working and suffering all your life, trying to just

get by. You have been reduced to such a poverty state that you will settle for just

getting by. If you could just pay your enemy off every month, you are happy.

You don't pay yourself anything. It is a subtle devil who can put you in a frame

of mind where you live to pay him off all your life; and he never allows you to

pay him off. Your enemy's laws are designed to always take from you. He taxes i i.

you all your life. You save up $100,000, leave it to your kids: he takes half of

it and calls it gift tax. He takes the other half and calls it inheritance tax; leaves

your kids with nothing, as it is in probate.

Probate means in the hands of the Court. And if you don't understand who

the Court is, you need to go down there and look and see. There is a fellow

sitting up there with a black robe on who takes all your money and calls himself

the Court. When all this money is in the hands of the Court, the Court splits it (

up with his family. You are unconscious of that too.

You may complain, but then you are happy with your enemy if you just get

some of it. He lets you get a little bit of what your people worked for all their life

and you feel grateful to get a little bit. He is so wicked, he makes you feel

grateful for a little: if you can just pay your light bill, your house note, and your

rent, put a little food on your table and buy shoes once a year, and take a trip

every now and then. All of it is designed to give it back to him -- every bit of it.

I said, everything you do, he has designed a way to take it from you until you are

in poverty -- out on the streets. Then he tells you, "You are on your own; you

can make it in America: it is a free enterprise -- land of opportunity. "

Your Opponunities In America

Everybody has an opportunity to be poor in America. Everybody has an

opportunity to live in poverty in America. Everybody has an opportunity to be

ignorant in America. This knowledge about the law of the Feast of Weeks makes

you want to have known il1il' (Yahweh) all of your life.

From Zero to One

What I love about ill iJ ., (Yahweh) is His power to take you from

nothing to something. I take you from zero to one. I AM "THE" ONE.

After you move from zero to one, you can go from there anywhere -- as far

out as eternity will carry you. Your problem is getting from zero to one,

that's all.

Your enemy's program is designed to keep you from getting to "THE"

ONE. There is only one name by which you can be saved. They don't care

what name you learn if they can just keep you from learning "THE" ONE.

The earth of your mind was without form and void until you met "THE"

ONE.

After you meet "THE" ONE, then "THE" ONE begins to move upon

the face of the deep of your mind and then there is a shaking going on.

"THE" ONE is able to shake terribly the earth.

Practice Perfection: The Law

Give according to how the Lord, illil' (Yahweh), has blessed you. What

does the blessing of the Lord, illil" (Yahweh), do? Proverbs 10:22, says:

"The blessing of the Lord, ill il ., (Yahweh), it maketh rich, and he addeth no so"ow with it. "

Until you come to that condition, you haven't learned enough about the law

and how to practice it. You have to practice, because practice makes perfect. We

are told in Matthew 5:48 to be ye also perfect:

"Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father, ill il ., (Yahweh), which is in heaven is perfect. "

How can you walk around imperfect claiming ill il ., (Yahweh)? What

makes you perfect is practicing the law of ill il ., (Yahweh): they are perfect.

Psalm 19:7 tells us:

"The law of the Lord, ill il ., (Yahweh), is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord, illil' (Yahweh), is sure, making wise the simple."

You are My witness that all people who are ignorant of i11 i1 ' (Yahweh) are

walking in darkness. You are My witness that all people who are walking in

darkness and are ignorant about i11il' (Yahweh) are suffering. All people. And,

of course, the so called Black man of America-- you are a particular basket case

because you live in the underworld, the nether world: the world of the dead. You

live in hades; you live in a tormented ~ind -- day and night. You are burning I

right now with fire and brimstone. You are sitting like a dummy outside your

house -- day and night -- with telescopes looking up into the heavens waiting to see

the heavens melt with a fervent heat; waiting for fire and brimstone to fall from

the skies when the heaven of your mind is on fire now with fire and brimstone

from hell -- suffering torment; no rest, day or night.

The law of the Feast of Weeks reveals this knowledge; and even when you

become conscious of being in hell, you don't know how to get out because you

can't see the chains that keep you bound. The ones that are keeping you bound

are the angels of Satan. This is not like the church thing. No, this is real. Satan

is real. I am not talking about a spook thing; I am talking about for real. You

cannot see Satan, but he is seeable. I can give you the power to see Satan and cast

him out. When you get rid of him, I give you the power to become the sons of

il1il' (Yahweh). That's My power!

You had better fear Me, too, because everything I say comes to pass. It

comes to pass. I am here showing you things to come. And all things that I show

you come to pass. I am here telling you that you can overcome Satan who is

holding you in poverty. I am here to take you from Satan. You belong c to Me. )

He can't have you.

Satan has over 10,000 angels camped round about your mind. But you don't

have to fear him now: illil' (Yahweh) is here to sit that devil down. You don't

really need a gun for this. A gun will distort your vision because you would get

off into killing bodies and bust hell wide open yourself.

Psalm 19:7 says:

"The law of the Lord, il1 il ., (Yahweh), is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord, il1il" (Yahweh), is sure, making wise the simple."

You can trust in the testimony of ill il ., (Yahweh). It is sure. The law is

perfect. When you practice the law of ill il ., (Yahweh), you are practicing

"perfection." You practice the law -- meditate in the law day and night -- you

can't help but prosper and be successful according to Joshua 1:8, which reads:

"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayeth observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success."

Good success means you are able. Not just success - but rather, good (

success. You will be able. Without illil' (Yahweh), you are unable.

chapter seven

Abel's Death

There's a process to becoming Abel. Cain was not able. The killing of

Abel was the first thing he did to the son of il1il' (Yahweh) . Now I am getting

ready to show you whom he killed.

The law of the Feast of Weeks requires you to be able. You can't give if

you are not able. Abel gave to il1il' (Yahweh), and that's why il1il' (Yahweh)

was pleased with his offering. Let's see what kind of offering Abel had. Abel is

the son of il1 il ., (Yahweh).

You have been unable for 6,000 years. That's why your blood has been

crying up from the ground -- from the day of righteous Abel. Abel was righteous

and moral, and the blood is crying up from the ground saying, "Oh, il1il'

(Yahweh), when will you bring Abel back and get vengeance for Abel's killer?"

Well, I am getting ready to resurrect Abel. There's only One Man that can speak ·~

thusly. In all your years of church, in all your years of reading the Bible, you

never understood what the death of Abel meant to you.

Cain was given a chance to rule over us forever if he could do well. Genesis

4:7 says:

"If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. "

But Cain knew he was not Abel: He was not able to do well. He didn't have the

capability to do well. He was incapable! He was not Abel! He had a subordinate

mind! He had an inferior quality! Inferior brain! Inferior character! Lucifer was

perfect until iniquity was found in him: until he started raising Cain.

ill il ., (Yahweh) is revealing this to you right now. And when My words

are found, they bring joy and a rejoicing to your mind! Jeremiah 15:16:

"Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy Word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine hean: for I am called by thy name, 0 Lord God,

illil' (Yahweh), of hosts."

Why am I revealing Satan at this time? Because until the son of perdition is

revealed first, then and only then can ill il ' (Yahweh) come into your mind -- II

Thessalonians 2:3:

"Let no man deceive you by any means; for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. "

I am already here, but I have to be able to come into your mind. I can't come

and enter into your mind with Satan there. I reveal Satan where he exists -- in

your mind. After revealing Satan to you, then you can cast him out. I am

standing at the door knocking now, waiting on you to cast him out.

Why did Cain have to kill Abel? Because he knew he could not rule with

"able" as your example. "Able" is your true blood. "Able" is your true kin.

"Able" is your true character. "Able" is your true nature. Satan has programmed

you to be full of fear and to think you are unable. Satan has bound you to think

you are incapable of being great. He has you bound to think you are incapable of

being rich and wealthy and famous and honorable and glorious and powerful and

rich and truthful and rectitudinal and upright! He has bound you against all of

your nature, by killing "able."

The offering that Abel made was pleasing. Let's take a look now at what

Abel offered to ill il ' (Yahweh). ill il ' (Yahweh) had respect for Abel's

offering. Cain's offering was terrestrial. Abel's offering was celestial. illil'

(Yahweh) has no respect for the terrestrial offering. The celestial controls the

terrestrial. The celestial brings the terrestrial into existence. Celestial is high

above the terrestrial. Abel's offering was high above. It was heavenly. Abel's

offering was of the ether. Cain's offering was of the nether.

This is what all the righteous men and all the prophets wished they could be

here to hear, according to Matthew 13: 17:

"For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them."

That's why they wanted to be here today. No, they didn't hear this. They never

heard this. They were given a message; they just brought the message. But they

didn't hear this. They couldn't handle this. None of them could bear it. There

was no need for Me to try to tell anybody before now, because their genes and

chromosomes weren't ready for it.

It has taken 6,000 years of hell to get you ready for this. You had to be

killed and buried in the hells of North America, in your graves, for a full three

days and a full three nights. And you had to wait on One to come and roll back

the stone to come in and minister unto you in the darkness, so the light could come

in. And say, "Come on up-- come on out into the light." Now after all of these

6,000 years of experience, you are ready now. And I am ready to give it to you.

Abel's Resurrection

Abel was My son. He was My grandson. And you don't have to worry

now about him being "was" My son. The fact that I am resurrecting Abel means

he "is" My son.

I am showing you I have power over death. All that Abel was, I am

resurrecting. When I resurrect his character, I am resurrecting all that he ever

was. As I resurrect Abel's character, I am resurrecting all that he could ever hope

to be, which will be made manifest through you.

I am going to show you Cain and Abel simultaneously now. They're

opposite seeds. You got to plant the right seed. To be able means "to be

competent." Cain was incompetent; Abel was competent. IN ORDER FOR

YOU TO BE SONS OF il1il' (YAHWEH), YOU MUST BE COMPETENT.

Cain was incompetent: that's why he was jealous of Abel. Let's look at

Cain first because you are holding on to Cain's mind. You have been trained by

Satan to be incompetent. Before I can free you to be competent, I must shine the

light on your incompetence.

Before I can come, I have to reveal Satan. I have to reveal your

incompetence, so you can decide whether you love that or don't want that

anymore. You already are incompetent. You are unconscious of being

incompetent. You went to school, you went to college, they gave you vanity, and

made you believe you are competent. The more degrees you have, the more

competent you are than your brothers and sisters. That's the illusion. But in

reality, you remain incompetent: that's your condition.

What's wrong with the Black man of America? He is incompetent. By

definition, incompetent means "not competent; lacking." You are just not

competent. And not only are you not competent, but now you are also lacking.

(I am smoking. You might not be on. You had better turn your radio on to My

frequency. I have the power to speak over any frequency I want. The airways

belong to Me.) Lacking in what? Lacking qualification or ability. Cain lacked --

period! Then he also had the nerve to lack qualification. He was unqualified to be

able. He was lacking in qualification or ability; therefore, Cain lacked the ability to

be Abel. He couldn't be Abel if he wanted to be. So he just killed Abel.

Cain discovered that he lacked the ability to be Abel, so he said "Well, I'll

just kill Abel then. I won't let Abel have any children. I will kill Abel's progeny.

I will kill Abel's future. I will kill Abel's ability to reproduce himself." And for

6,000 years, Abel has been dead.

This 6,000 years of dirt you have lived under is symbolized by six feet of

dirt that you are required to be buried in and under in this civilization. This six

feet of dirt that you have been living under in America says that when the trumpet

sounds, you are going to kick that dirt off your mind, come up out of your grave,

gain victory, and say -- "0 death, where is thy sting? 0 grave, where is thy

victory?" (I Corinthians 15:55).

Cain's Motive

You have not been able to figure out for the life of you: why would Cain

kill Abel? Cain wanted to rule. i11il' (Yahweh) has proved to us for 6,000

years that you cannot rule without "able." There is chaos, death, destruction,

pain, tears, hunger, death, murder, wars; rumors of wars, brother against brother,

mother against daughter, son against the father, kingdom against kingdom, and

nation against nation when Cain rules. When Abel is not ruling--these are the

results. So, after 6,000 years, we're crying out-- i11il' (Yahweh)!

Imagine allowing an incompetent being to rule your competent, potential

mind. You have the potential to be competent. Cain was incapable of being

competent. He doesn't have the capability. It is neither in his genes nor his

chromosomes.

Judah is a peculiar people. Judah has a competent nature. But you have

taken on an incompetent mind, so you can know good and evil. You used to be

able. Now you have taken on the form of incompetence, so you could know the

other side of the tree. After I get through showing you all the evil sides of the

tree from which you ate and digested, you are going to say, II Get this fruit out of

my mind. Get behind me, Satan. You can't live in my mind, Satan. You got to

get out of my world. I am going to get after you, Satan. I am going to chase you

out of my world! 11

I think I am removing the vail in the reading of the Old Testament. I think

I am removing the vail that can only be done away in the Christ, in the Son, ill il '

1::1 illil' (Yahweh Ben Yahweh), as recorded in II Corinthians 3:14:

"But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in ill il ' 1 J ill il ' (Yahweh Ben Yahweh). "

I have waited long enough for someone to raise up and explain this. And I looked

down through time, and I see that there is no one but Me. And you are now ready

to receive Me.

Cain's Motive

I am doing the work of the Son of Man as promised in the Book: so that

makes it impossible for another one to come after Me. There is no other god

formed before Me, and there can be no other god formed after Me. I am the Lord

thy God, ill il ' (Yahweh). I stretched forth all these heavens all alone, by

Myself. And any god under these heavens that did not make them shall be chased

out from under these heavens, and shall perish and be destroyed. That is our job:

to chase all other gods out of our world!

Your God is writing this book for you! No theologian can teach you this,

because all theologians are incompetent: They lack the ability. They lack the

qualifications. They are unqualified. Only you have the ability to receive what

I am teaching. ABLE IS YOUR INHERITANCE. CAPABLE IS YOUR

INHERITANCE. COMPETENCE IS YOUR INHERITANCE. QUALITY

AND QUALIFICATION IS YOUR INHERITANCE. Abel means competent.

Let's continue with this incompetent devil. Incompetent means

"characterized by or showing incompetence. " Cain shows incompetence. You

have 6,000 years of proof. What more show do you need than 6,000 years? If

you need more, you won't get it. That's all I promised. And I said I would cut

that short. Satan is into 5,998 years. He only has two more years to go: and I

am cutting it short today. Some of you know why I am cutting it short. Why?

For My elect's sake. I am doing it for your sake, because it is through you that

all flesh can be saved and will be saved. IF I DON'T CUT THE TIME

SHORT, NO FLESH CAN BE SAVED OR WILL BE SAVED.

Then all flesh will say, "Indeed, il1il' (Yahweh) is truly God; and in

Israel are all our families blessed." You are capable. You are Abel. The only

way you can stay under My teachings is to be capable.

They say things like, "You people, your people, your God." But when they

say "your" God, they're saying-- il1il' (Yahweh) is not their God. But we know

il1 il' (Yahweh) is God of all living. What are they saying? They're saying that

they must be of Cain's seed, or they are walking in darkness. They are

incompetent.

Cainitis

You can study on your own all about what the characteristics of a nigger

are. A nigger is the life you are living: a negative life, a dead life, a destructive

life, an ignorant life, low life, and dirty life. And that's what you reflect. I came

and wrote a book and said, "You Are Not a Nigger!" I didn't say, you don't have

the characteristics of a nigger. I didn't say you don't act like a nigger. I am

announcing that your nature and your character and your potential are other than

a mgger. A nigger is incompetent. A nigger lacks ability. All niggers

collectively are unable: they lack the ability to change their condition from

negative to positive. They're unqualified. All of their training, from whatever

perspective, leaves them lacking and unqualified.

You are suffering from Cainitis. Cainitis. And I have the antidote, the

shots, the prescription, and the healing for your Cainitis. You have been poisoned

by that old serpent called the Devil. This is a serious venom you suffer from.

That is why the Devil was listed under the character of a snake.

Incompetent means "not legally qualified," meaning that everything Cain did

was illegal. Everything that America is doing and everything the nations of the

earth are doing is illegal. The law of the Feast of Weeks demands Me to reveal

to you that to hold on to incompetence is not legal. FOR YOU TO BE

INCOMPETENT IS NOT LEGAL. That makes you a law breaker and a

transgressor, which makes you a sinner.

Incompetence makes you a sinner. You are breaking the laws that illil"

(Yahweh) gave for you to follow. The laws of ill il ., (Yahweh) demand you to

be competent-- perfect. That's the law. Imperfection for you is not legal. Only

perfection for you is legal. There is one thing that you have learned from this

society and that is -- when you break the laws, you pay a penalty.

You have qualifications, but they are not legal qualifications. So that means

everything in your mind, outside of what I give you, is illegal. I am happy I am

talking to an intelligent person. I don't have to belabor the point. You can study

the ramifications.

The dictionary definition of an incompetent person means "being unable or

legally unqualified to perform a specified act or acts, or to be held legally

responsible for such actions." Again, incompetent means "being unable or legally

unqualified to perform a specified act." Unqualified: legally "unqualified" to

perform the specific acts that are required in the Kingdom of Heaven. That is why

heaven is not on earth. The one that is in charge of the earth, Cain, was not

stripped of his rulership. illil' (Yahweh) said: I am putting a mark on Cain,

and if anybody touches incompetence, I will put seven times more incompetence

upon the one who does it. It will be seven times more incompetence. You will

be perfectly incompetent.

Now, a person suffering from perfect incompetence is just about incapable

of being redeemed. That is like a perfectly insane person that is incapable of

being redeemed. He is so incapable, you either have to lock him up or kill his

mind-set off. The people of the earth-- seeing how incompetent Cain was--said,

"Man, you see that mark on him? I don'.t want seven times worse than that."

Illegal Resident

The competent people were put to sleep. That's what happened with the

murder of Abel. All of the godhead went to sleep to allow Cain to rule for 6,000

years. That is how long you have been asleep: 6,000 years. And ill il '

(Yahweh) sent prophets throughout history to rouse you up just a little bit to say,

"Sleep on, don't worry, I am watching out for you."

il1il' (Yahweh) told the godhead: "Don't try to rise up on your own, just

rest on. It is only six days anyway. The seventh day is holy. I will be back in

the seventh day, and I'll raise you up." Before the godhead went to sleep, we left

signs all over the earth, on Mars, Venus -- wherever they can go peek-- of our

competence: We buried it, we hid it, we put it in pyramids, we covered it up with

rocks and mountains and hills and dirt -- all over the planet, we did it. Some

things you can't see, except from space. We laid signs out all over the planet

because we knew we would give them the ability to fly, so they could see and

view our competence.

Further, incompetent means "inadmissible as evidence." Cain is a liar.

He's the father of lies. Lies are inadmissible evidence. It is not just the lie, but

the liar. Whatever he says, you pay it no attention because all he is talking about

or writing about is incompetence, and legally inadmissible evidence.

When he talks about dinosaurs, that's inadmissible evidence. He's only

trying to impress you that he knows from the beginning. And 6,000 years ago,

Cain was incompetent. All of his descendants have his identical character, and his

descendants are ruling today. Nowhere has Cain been killed off. Cain and his

descendants are reserved for the last day when the Son of Man comes. The war

would be between One Man -- Satan and all his angels. And I declare unto you

that My competence will overpower Satan and all his angels combined in counsel

against Me. He has done all he can to prevent you from hearing this. Now that

gives you a picture of incompetence. That gives you some explanation of

incompetence.

Illegal Resident

The synonyms of incompetence will show that these fellows are residing in

your mind: incompetence is residing in your mind. It has taken up full residence,

but he is a squatter. He is there illegally. He can only live in your house as long

as you don't know he is in there. That is how he is able to live on our land in

Jerusalem. That's the physical sign.

The Gentiles are able to walk and tread their foot upon Jerusalem until the

end of their time. And when their time is up, they can't stay there. You don't

need a gun for this. He can't stay. He is there illegally. So I am telling you, the

first order of business is to let you see Satan residing in your mind illegally. He

has no legal right to be there. Incompetence has no legal right to live in your

mind. Isn't that enlightening?

Incompetence is living in My house, but I am not incompetent. It is not My

nature to be incompetent. My nature is to be competent. But incompetence is

living in your mind -- illegally. He has no right to be there. But now, since you

see incompetence for what he is -- what are you going to do to incompetence?

Kick him out? chase him out? got to go? You are gonna kick incompetence out!

Who are you going to let in? Competence! Oh, you don't understand all these

colors? I am getting ready to give you the colors, then I'll fuse them together.

Incompetent means "unfit, unqualified, incapable, unable, inefficient,

ineffectual, ineffective, inadequate, and insufficient." You can't live in heaven

with any of these thoughts or residents living in your house. This gives you

insight to the Scripture in Matthew 5:8, which says, "Only the pure in mind shall

see illiP (Yahweh)." When your mind is impure, you can't see illil'

(Yahweh). Incompetent also means "deficient, unequal." My people always want

equality. They want to be equal to incompetence. They want to be equally

incompetent, which means they are asking for destruction.

You are born to be supenor to incompetence. You are born to be

competent, but you are begging the subordinate mind to allow you to be equally

incompetent as he. And because of this they laugh at you all day long. They

mock you and ridicule you all the day long. Now you see why. See how

dangerous it is to turn your back on your God, illil' (Yahweh)? Look how

devastatingly destructive this is. It is absolute destruction to not obey your God,

ill il' (Yahweh). It makes you incompetent -- legally unqualified. Now this is

what Satan is.

chapter twelve

Unlimited Harvest

Incompetent means "unfit." Satan, your enemy-- the enemy that's in your

head-- is unfit to be there. What has happened? You were born to be fit. You

have to study fit. See how much studying you have to do? I could do it for you,

but see what you have to do? You have a lot to do.

You have enough to do to have a fat harvest at the ingathering in September,

Feast of Tabernacles. If you go plant these seeds in your head, and plant the seeds

that are in your hand, and prove to Me that you are doing something in your head,

you will have an unlimited harvest at Feast of Tabernacles.

The spiritual has to take effect first. But you cannot sit around being

spiritual. You have got to get up now and go to work because if you lie in the

house being spiritual, you'll die. You cannot lie up in your house and don't plant

some seeds, not if you want some bread. You cannot get bread unless you plant

some gram.

I love being spiritual. One thing about the Spirit of illil' (Yahweh) is that

it teaches you, you have to get up and go to work -- plant some seeds -- and then

you will be worthy of a harvest! The result is heaven!

Legally Qualified

Since incompetent means unqualified, it is your nature to be qualified. Only

One can qualify you: your God, ill il ., (Yahweh). Look at your condition when

your parents let other nations teach you. The result is that you are unqualified.

Incompetent. The first thing we have done as a nation is that we have taken our

children away from the teachings of this world. We do not allow our children to

be taught by incompetent teachers. I am happy to say that whatever fault that

presently exists in the universities of ill il ., (Yahweh), they are still legally

competent and legally qualified. They are the best schools on the planet earth.

The students are learning how to be rulers.

The only fault that exists in the universities of ill il ., (Yahweh) presently,

is the result of our teachers and students holding on to incompetence. I am not

allowing them to hold on to incompetence. I am shining the light on Cain so they

can be able. When you become able and come to be Abel, you'll have respect

from il1 il ., (Yahweh). All of your offerings to il1 il ' (Yahweh) will be respected

by il1 il ., (Yahweh).

You have to study your nature now. Who would ever dream the law of the

Feast of Weeks requires you to know this? I didn't get this from somewhere else.

This comes right out of the Book, Deuteronomy 16:10:

"And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God, illiP (Yahweh), with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the LORD thy God, ill i1 ., (Yahweh), according as the LORD thy God, illil' (Yahweh), hath blessed thee."

I am writing a book on one verse. I can write books, volumes on one letter! I am

infinite; I am not limited. I am legally qualified. And I am bona fide. Capable

means "having intelligence and ability; competent; having the ability, skill or

experience for; susceptible of; having the personality or character or being in the

mood for."

Incompetent. This is what's living inside of you. You have been unfit.

Legally Qualified

Incompetent means "unable." Unable. I told you dumb folk can't go to heaven.

It is not a sin to be dumb. It is a sin to stay dumb.

Unable means "lacking the necessary power." You lack necessary power.

That's why you cannot get anything done across America. You lack the necessary

power.

ill il" Is Forever In Power

Nowhere in history has man been able to prevent the will of il1 il '

(Yahweh) from being made manifest, no matter how far in advance it is

announced. Cain has had 6,000 years to stop Me from coming to you.

They thought I was coming in the days of Moses, so they gave a decree to

kill all the male children because they knew I would come as a male, not as a

woman. They were legally incompetent to count the season and the time. They

didn't have the holy calendar: the solar calendar. They miscalculated. And I

showed My power then by bringing a man to speak for Me, because there was a

time that I promised Abraham that I would be here, Genesis 15: 13:

"And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years. "

Although I was seen then, I was in power then because I let Israel see Me

on the top of the mount. And I called seventy of the elders! Exodus 24:9-11:

9 "Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel:

10 And they saw the God of Israel, illil., (Yahweh): and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.

11 And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, il1 il ., (Yahweh), and did eat and drink."

That's not all the elders. I just called seventy of them. I was in power then, and

I am in power now. ill il ., (Yahweh) is forever in power, whether you see or

don't see. My truth shall endure throughout all generations.

We are talking about power. Lucifer lacks the necessary power. Without

ill il ., (Yahweh), you lack power. With ill il ., (Yahweh), you have power. I

wrote in St. John 1 : 12 that I will give you power to become like ill il ., (Yahweh).

That's what a son is: like his father.

"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, ill il ., (Yahweh), even to them that believe on his name. "

The Competent One

The dictionary reads that unable is "lacking the necessary power and

competence to accomplish some specified act."

We are a people unable to accomplish. Period! It is illegal for you to be

like that. You are to accomplish whatever you will according to Genesis 11 :6.

"And the Lord, ill il" (Yahweh), said, 'Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do."

This is proof of what you are to be able to accomplish: whatever you imagine to

do. Anything you imagine to do cannot be held from you when you become one

with ill il ' (Yahweh): Why? Because One is competent. There is only One that

is competent, and that is il1 il ., (Yahweh).

All the people are incompetent in this world. The whole world is deceived,

so the whole world is incompetent. Revelation 12:9 reads:

"And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. "

That means that only One is competent. When you go through a process and

become one with the Competent One, il1il' (Yahweh), then nothing you imagine

to do can be kept from you. That is your legal right. It is your legal right to

become one with il1il' (Yahweh). That's what makes you Abel.

"Co-" With Cain

Right now, you are raising Cain. You are the one keeping Cain alive.

That's why they give you cocaine. You are "co-" with Cain. You and Cain are

joined together. Look what it does to you. "Co-" means "joined together." You

are joined together with Cain: "Co-Cain." They know what they're doing. I

proved to you where crack came from.

Look who is hooked on cocaine the worst -- Abel. It is steadily killing

Abel, but at the same time raising Cain up. Cocaine means you are equal with

Cain: sell 'cain, buy 'cain, high off 'cain, feed 'cain, rob for 'cain, steal for

'cain, and kill for 'cain. Cain was a murderer from the beginning, according to

St. John 8:44:

"Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."

Here you are in the end, killing for cocaine. You are just cracking up.

Nothing that your enemy uses is an accident or coincidence in words. Why

would they name it cocaine? They could have named it "umph." Why didn't they

name it "umph?" They understood the chemical elements, and they compared it

to their nature. And they said: We know we are Cain's seed. The only way we

can kill Abel's seed is give him some 'cain, and that would make him equal to

Cain. We will call him co-cain. And then he'll do the works of Cain.

When you take cocaine, you become a Cainite, and you'll do anything for

Cain: become a slave to Cain, work for Cain, live for Cain, die for Cain-- you'll

do all those things for Cain. You'll lie for Cain. You actually are Co-Cain, and

Cain's high is temporary.

When you become "co-" with "Cain," your nature is destroyed. A man

loses his potency. He wants to, but he can't. He becomes a freak. He starts

getting off on just looking. Cain created something for him to look at. Cain is

called a playboy. Pent up. He goes and pens himself up in the house -- looking.

That's why they call the magazine Penthouse. Do you know what's inside

Penthouse? He is already a freak on cocaine, so he just looks. He's so filthy.

He is not only filthy, but he also loves to look at more filth. And then he becomes

a playboy. He is a boy.

They choose names well. You are the one who is dead to the knowledge of

the name. Anytime you take something that destroys your potency, your power

to be a procreator is destroyed; your creativity is wiped out; you can no longer

pro-create -- that's dead. Cain was a murderer from the beginning.

The Potential to Be Abel

We need to look at our condition. Are we in a pitiful condition? Can you

understand why this kind of mentality cannot be tolerated in heaven? Is it clear

to you? There is no alternative. This kind of thinking cannot be allowed in

heaven. It is just impossible. Heaven is not made up of incompetence. That is

why no murderer can enter heaven or have eternal life, according to I John 3:15:

"Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him."

You had better get some oil in your lamp so you will be ready for the

marriage supper with Me. You have to get ready to marry Me --you can't just

marry Me. I am not going to marry incompetence. I am not going to enter an

illegal relationship. You can be a foolish virgin, or you can be a wise virgin.

The Potential to Be Abel

13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh."

You cannot claim that you don't have the potential to be Abel. Every one

of you has the potential to be Abel. You did not have a choice until now. You

have a choice since I am showing you your condition. You can't claim, "Well,

I didn't know incompetence was riding and living in my house. I didn't know

that." Now you know. Are you fit or unfit? What are you going to do about it?

You must become fit.

Right now, you are unsuitable. So what are you going to do? Before you

can be suitable, you must first realize that you are unsuitable.

Unfit to Rule

When I say, "you must be fit to enter heaven," you just look back and grin

and say, "It doesn't apply to me!" You have to be rich to enter heaven. And you

say, "Yeah, that doesn't apply to me! I am going to have to hurry and change."

And, then, when I say, "the poor cannot come into heaven"; you say, "Uh-oh, I

am going to have to do something about my poor condition. But I didn't know I

was suffering from a poor condition. I thought if I made enough money, I could

get out from under all my conditions." Satan-- Cain-- taught you that.

Cain had you believing if you could get a million dollars that he controls

(Lotto and all those things), you could get out from under all your troubles. There

are entertainers who have made millions of dollars, and they became co-partners

with Cain. Cain took all their money. Cain's seed is doing what Cain did to Abel

-- right inside your head.

"Unfit" is the first synonym of incompetence. This is infinitive. This is

serious. You are full of the devil. Did you ever hear your grandma say, "You

are just full of the devil!" That's your problem. She was sure telling the truth.

Even she didn't know what she was saying. But she knew that much, though she

didn't fully understand it.

Unfit according to the dictionary means "not adapted or suited; unsuitable;

unqualified or incompetent; not in a physically fit condition; to render unfit or

unsuitable; to disqualify." When you go to get a loan, they tell you that you are

unqualified. They know just what they have done to you. You think they are

prejudiced when they don't let you have the money. Now you know you don't

deserve the money. You are unfit to handle it, aren't you? But before you met

Me, you thought you were fit. Couldn't anybody tell you you weren't fit. Yes,

yes, yes! I mean, we did everything this world told us to do to become fit. And

all we were doing was learning how to be more unfit and unsuitable. You are

born to be suitable.

Unfit to Rule

Unsuited means "ill-suited." You are ill --truly ill. You are just plain ill.

Cain was ill. illil' (Yahweh) challenged Cain: If you can do well, Genesis 4:7:

"If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him."

Cain was the opposite of well. He was sick. He was ill. He said, "Cain, if you

can be well and do well, I'll let you rule over all My kingdom." But Cain was

unsuited.

Unmeet

Unfit means "inappropriate." You are to become appropriate. Unfit also

means "undo, unfitting, unbefitting, unmeet, unseemly." Unmeet: We are

supposed to have a help meet. But all we get are un-meets. We marry a bunch

of unmeets. We divorce one unmeet and marry another unmeet: Swear we

learned something from the last unmeet. You were unmeet, and the one you

married was unmeet. And then you divorced your unmeet and then you started

courting another unmeet--while you remain unmeet. And swear you are hitting on

all eight cylinders; swear your engine is fine-tuned. Then you lay with your next

unmeet and say, "Lord, I wish I hadn't met that unmeet!" It gives you pain to be

stuck with an unmeet. You need some help meet!

get in there and tap dance on your last nerve.

ill il ' (Yahweh) qualified us to be a help meet. We went for Cain and

became an unmeet. Isn't that something? That's why when you first come to

ill il ' (Yahweh), you realize how unqualified that unmeet is. It is the first thing

that hits you like a ton of bricks. "This mate is unmeet. Let me get out of here!

I need to get away from this unmeet mate. "

In your wisdom, you look at the outside appearance and don't know who the

unmeet is. Amazing! This knowledge will make you proceed with extreme

caution. Say, "Wait a minute. Now I know something I didn't know before. I

Cain's Angels: Malapropos

Cain's angels are unfit which means they are malapropos. That just sounds

bad! I don't want to be that just by the way that sounds! Anything that sounds

that bad, I don't want anything to do with it. Malapropos. Good gracious! That

sounds like a terrible disease! That sounds worse than tendinitis. Malapropos!

I don't want this thing. Let Me see what this is. I don't want no more of this!

Whatever malapropos is, I am giving it up now.

I am so glad ill il ., (Yahweh) is letting Me see this. Does malapropos

sound like something you don't want anything to do with? Lord, deliver Me,

ill il ., (Yahweh). I want something that at least sounds good. I can go for

apropos, but malapropos? No, no! Malapropos by definition means

"inappropriate; inappropriately, unsuitable, unfitting, unmeet, inapt, and

inapposite." That sounds like another disease I don't want! I might need

novocaine for that one! Here we have all Cain's angels-- you know what I mean?

Novocaine, Cocaine. Solarcaine. All these "cains" can mess with your mind.

They will tell you one thing and your body will tell you another thing. Cain is

awful.

Malapropos means "unsuited; irrelevant; non-germane." Non-germane?

Now that's sick. Deliver Me from not being germane. I love being germane!

You are non-germane. And if you have ever studied germane, you know how

pitiful your condition is. You are suffering from a condition of non-germane-itis.

You are not even in it. You have got an integral part of nothing.

That is your condition in America. I mean, My people just don't exist in

America. When they take pictures of people, if you are not rioting, you are not

in the picture. When they show cultural events, they just don't show you, because

you are non-germane. Malapropos also means "impertinent; unwarranted." Now

you get a warranty for your radio, a warranty for your car. You are unwarranted!

You have no guarantee for anything in America. You are not guaranteed safety,

protection, rights. That's why you need civil rights and voting rights, because you

Conclusion

Who would ever dream that the law of the Feast of Weeks is so potent?

And I've only touched --just a little bitty touch (it is almost like a hint) -- at the

law of The Feast of Weeks. It is so powerful that just one of My sentences in

regard to this is infinite study; and when applied, is infinite wealth and infinite

rulership; infinite peace with infinite power, infinite glory, infinite honor, infinite

fame, and infinite life. All of this is encompassed in the law of the Feast of

Weeks.

I want you to understand clearly that you cannot enter heaven in your

present condition. Do you agree? Is it possible for you to enter heaven? Do you

understand Me when I say don't bring Me a fool? For such is not the Kingdom

of Heaven! It won't be in My Heaven. That's for sure. It just won't be there.

You can't help build like that. I am looking for the "godhead" now. That's who

I am after. The godhead! That's the way it is. You have to be literate. You

have to be able to read My instructions. I don't have time to individually teach

you all that I have to share. That is why I have to put it in book form, and I am
