UNANNOUNCED MASSES
OFFERED BY FR. BARTOLOMA
Father Bartoloma, who has returned to Rome, has offered to take unannounced Mass intentions from parishioners at Mater Ecclesiae. This means that he will offer the first available Masses for the esignad ted intentions, but cannot promise a specific date. At first, he will accept up to ten Masses per
person. The intentions will be made available on afirst come, first serve basis. Please contact the Rectory Office at 856‐753‐3408 or email [email protected] with Mass requests. The standard stipend offering applies. Please make all checks payable to Fr. James Bartoloma. Thank you and God Bless.
Donations Requested With the economic downturn impacting so many
Americans, we have had a number of needy souls show up at the Rectory who are homeless and hungry. We usually try to find unopened, ready-to-eat foods from
the Rectory kitchen to place in a bag for them. Sometimes, we don’t have very much to give them. If
you can find it in your heart to donate an item to keep in the Rectory for this purpose, we would be most grateful.
Some suggestions are for non-perishables that do not require a can opener, refrigeration, or cooking: sealed packages of cheese & crackers; peanut butter crackers,
fruit cups, applesauce, raisins, snack size cookies, crackers, beef jerky, pretzels, water bottles, juice boxes, small hand sanitizers or wipes, or anything that you can think of that is nutritious, filling, and ready-to-eat with
minimal fuss. Thank you!
Vespers and Compline Vespers is tentatively scheduled for the third Sunday of every month at 2:00 pm. Compline is tentatively scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of every month following the evening Mass. Compline will also take place at 8:05pm on all Tuesdays on which HFA is in session. Please consult the website for a full and updated listing of all scheduled services.

New Group Forming
With Fr. Pasley’s approval, encouragement, and blessing, a new group dedicated to fostering the praying of the Traditional Divine Office is forming. It is called the Confraternity of St. Benedict and membership is open to any Catholic man, woman, or child (above the age of reason). The purpose of this Confraternity is twofold: Firstly, to promote the communal praying of the Divine Office in the chapel and the private recitation thereof among its members at home; secondly, to foster more generally a liturgical Catholic spirituality in the spirit of the writings of Dom Prosper Gueranger. If you wish to join this Confraternity and/or would like more detailed information, please contact John Rotondi via e-mail @ [email protected] or phone @ 856-845-6515.
