Acts 3:19Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:

21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began

A "strong delusion" has come over the

Church and has blinded many to the

Truth and meaning of “The Restitution of

All things”, Which must happen first before the coming of

the Lord and the great and terrible day of the Lord!

Page 5: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Many do not understand what Jesus, Peter and Malachi the prophet spoke of concerning the restitution of all things, we as a body have fallen short in our study and understanding of what exactly the restitution of all things is all about. Few search out the matters and mysteries of the scriptures…..Prov. 25:2 says, "It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the honor of kings is to search out a matter.

Page 6: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The glorified Jesus Christ cannot set

foot on this earth until the

restoration of all things!

Malachi 4:1-3 confirms there must be a "restoration of all

things" before He sets foot on earth

5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great

and dreadful day of the LORD:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to

the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers,

Page 7: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Mal 4: 1For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as

an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly,

shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn

them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them

neither root nor branch. 2But unto you that fear my

name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing

in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves

of the stall. 3And ye shall tread down the wicked; for

they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the

day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts. 4

Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I

commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the

statutes and judgments. 5 Behold, I will send you Elijah

the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful

day of the LORD:6 And he shall turn the heart of the

fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to

their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a

curse.

The Hebrew word for restoration of all things is just that, restoring things to the former state before the fall of Adam! The Restitution of all things: From Strongs G600: 1) restoration a) of a true theocracy b) of the perfect state before the fall to restore to its former state 2) to be in its former state.

Page 9: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The verses on : Restore all things:

* Mat 17:11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first

come, and restore all things.

* Mar 9:11,12 And they asked him, saying, Why say the scribes that Elias

must first come? And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first,

and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he

must suffer many things, and be set at nought.

* Act 3:19 -21 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be

blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of

the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto

you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all

things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since

the world began.

Page 10: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The "times of refreshing" and "the

restitution of all things" Before the coming

of the Lord, and the tribulation there MUST

be a times of refreshing, this must be prior to

the catching away of the bride.

Acts 3:19-21

1. Times of Refreshing shall come

2. HE shall send Jesus Christ (after the

restitution of all things)

3. Whom the Heavens must receive until

the times of restitution of all things

4. God’s Ultimate Dream MUST be

Restored!

Page 11: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Why must the garden first be fulfilled? Because God must be true to his nature, the garden of Eden was not a failure even though man fell short, God will show all creation that man and women can fulfill the Garden Glory of Eden. What started with the “choice” in the Garden, will end with “choice” in the Garden.

Page 12: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

God’s ultimate dream will be man and women walking and moving in HIM, with throne knowledge as ONE in HIM in a garden relationship, choosing good over evil..... THIS IS the fulfillment of HIS dream, his plan from the foundations of the Earth! The Garden MUST be restored!

The Fulfillment of God’s Dream is Restoring

the Garden

DECLARING THE END FROM THE BEGINNING!

The “restoration of all things” is the declaring the end from the beginning.

Isa 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times [the things] that are not [yet] done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I

will do all my pleasure:

Page 15: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

RAPTURE FIRST? Can the bride be removed before the restoration of all things? Question for the church? If the bride is removed prior to the restoration of all things, then there is a problem, how can God restore all things if the bride is gone? • He cannot, the garden consist of those who have overcome

sin, choose to flee from sin and be holy because he is holy, not that they are perfect, but these are those that choose to run from sin.

• Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Page 16: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Rev 2:7 he that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. In this verse, “paradise of God” in Strongs G3857 Exhaustive concordance states the following: 2) a garden, pleasure

ground 4) According to the early church Fathers, the paradise in which our first parents dwelt before the fall still exists, neither on the earth or in the heavens, but above and beyond the world.

(Is this the gateway to the garden of Eden that has been sealed since the fall?)

Page 17: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

When he shall come to be glorified in his

saints, and to be admired in all them that

believe (because our testimony among you

was believed) in that day.

2 Thess. 1:20

Page 18: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

• 1Pe 2:12 Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by [your] good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.

• Eph 4:13 gives us a good look at what this will

look like in the body of Christ.

• Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: Eph 4:13

Page 19: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

What started in the garden …..must end with the

garden... where "choice" is still an

option, choosing to overcome ALL things, as

Jesus did!

Page 20: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The question is do we have a pattern for this in the scripture? Yes, Yeshua, remember patterns in scripture are called similitudes and are considered prophecy Hosea 12:10. So Jesus is the pattern or similitude of Adam he is the 2nd Adam, who also knew the glory of God before the foundations of the world, and after taking on the form of man, he choose to walk in holiness while on Earth.

Page 21: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The Virgin Bride of Christ will walk as the 2nd Adam Jesus walked in dominion on the Earth, dominion once was given to Adam in the garden, but was lost because of the fall… Jesus the 2nd Adam has brought part 1 to the restoration while he was on Earth… Part 2 is now for his mate his bride, his partner, the overcoming bride found in the church body, his body will follow a blueprint pattern set by HIM!

Jesus Overcoming Garden Company is the

Bride body will follow a blueprint pattern set by HIM!

Mathew 25- 5 wise Virgins 5 Foolish virgins Revelation Chapter 2-3: 7 Letters to 7 Churches, read who inherits, not all do! Do not miss out on your inheritance!

Page 24: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The bride of Christ which is the body will follow in

like manner as Christ the head of the body who

walked as the overcoming second Adam!

These things must happen BEFORE HE RETURNS, Mat 17:11

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall

first come, and restore all things.

God will not be mocked, he will subdue all things, 1Cr 15:28

And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall

the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things

under him, that God may be all in all.

Page 25: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The Church body must come into the riches of the fullness and completeness in their assurance and in their understanding. • Eph 1:10 That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in

one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; [even] in him. • Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest

ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.

This is a mystery is the completeness and the fullness of the bride of Christ is until the fullness( complete) of the Gentiles be come in. And so shall all Israel be saved. Rom. 11:25. • Strongs: Fullness is completeness a.) fullness and complete b) completeness or

fullness of time 3) fullness, abundance 4) a fulfilling, keeping

• Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: Eph 4:13

• Christ becomes complete when the bride church body reaches the measure and the

fullness of

Page 26: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The Church body will be brought into the riches of

the fullness and completeness in their assurance

and in their understanding, speaking the

acknowledgement of the mystery of God,

Col 2:2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit

together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of

understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God,

and of the Father, and of Christ;

1. Christ the Head

2. the bride/church body, knit together as one

corporate body fully functioning as one restored

body(restoration of all things)

3. Without spot or blemish moving fully functioning as

one full and complete body! ( restoring ALL THINGS)

The Garden Glory of El Shaddai must be restored!

Page 27: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The supporting scripture for the “restitution of ALL things” is insurmountable, unavoidable and breathtaking beyond what one can imagine!

Page 28: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

The Gate Beautiful

The Lame Man Healed

Peter points us to the beginning of the

Restoration of All Things in

Acts 3

Where does it begin?

The Gate Beautiful …. It is a type of “open gate” to the

Restoration and healing!

Which leads to….

Restoration of the Garden

The Healing of the lame and the Restoration of ALL

THINGS are proclaimed!

Page 29: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Restoration of ALL things means just that... ALL THINGS! The first order of business: REPENTANCE MUST PROCEED RESTORATION! • “ Prepare the Way of the Lord, As it is written in

the book of the words of Esaias the prophet,

saying, The voice of one crying in the

wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. (repentance and cleansing)Luke 3:4

• Secondly, restoring the hearts of the fathers to the

children and the children to their fathers!

• This is the “times of Refreshing” Acts 3:19

• Followed by the “ the restoration of ALL THINGS” the Former Garden Glory! Acts 3:19-21, Mathew 17, Malachi 4, Mark 9:11,12

Page 30: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Jesus told us John the Baptist was a

type of Elijah, so the ministry of

Elijah is the following:

• Elijah…To come is to prepare the

way for the Lord, cleansing and

washing, baptism, followed by

restoration

• Elijah ministry is the beginning

of the “times of refreshing found

in Acts 3:19-20

Page 31: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Isa. 35 1The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; ( the bride body)

and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. 2It shall blossom abundantly,

and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon (whiteness) shall be given

unto it, the Excellency of Carmel (garden) and Sharon ( make way straight), they

shall see the glory of the LORD, and the excellency of our God.

• 3Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. (make your ways

straight) 4Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your

God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and

save you.

• 5Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be

unstopped. 6Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb

sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

• 7And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of

water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and

rushes.

• Carmel= gardens (people)

• Sharon= make ways straight

Malachi 4 states

1. that the day of the Lord is coming and the wicked will be

removed.

2. Those who fear the name of the lord will have The Sun of

Righteousness arise with healing, and healing is

RESTORATION, to the former state. And ye shall go forth,

and grow up as calves of the stall.

3. Those that fear the lord will tread down the wicked and

they will be ash under the soles of their feet.

Page 33: The Restitution of All Things by, Lora Shipley

Elijah the prophet must come first; the Sun of Righteous arises with

Healing in his wings- The Restoration of ALL Things!

Mal 4: 1For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do

wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall

leave them neither root nor branch. 2But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise

with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. 3And ye shall tread down

the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the

LORD of hosts. 4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all

Israel, with the statutes and judgments. 5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the

great and dreadful day of the LORD:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart

of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
