Each Saturday in August, Roger Williams Park Zoo will stay open until 9 p.m. so that families can enjoy the park’s exhibits in cooler temperatures. In addition to seeing the park’s animals, visitors will have the opportunity to check out this summer’s newest exhibit, Hasbro’s Our Big Backyard, a nature play and exploration area for children and their family. The 40-acre zoo is one of the country’s oldest and home to more than 100 species.
