CONFERENCE SPEAKERSIn the executive search profession, the process of placing top talent with clients begins at the researcher level. To help researchers achieve the best possible results, search-consult brings you the 2017 Research Practitioner Skills Day (#researchskillsday). Through highly interactive sessions, researchers will receive practical tips and learn techniques that will make a real difference to the way they work. The Research Practitioner Skills Day differs from other big training events in that attendees will be split into small groups for two breakout sessions. This approach will mean that attendees have opportunities for role play and to ask lots of questions and will enable trainers to better address each individual’s needs. This is followed by a plenary session and a Q&A with all trainers. Below is a list of the two breakout sessions you will rotate around and the joint session - check the AGENDA page for more details.

Starting Your Search (Francesca Lahiguera) - Breakout Session

Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) Techniques For Effective Research (Carol O’Driscoll) - Breakout Session

Getting The Most Out Of The Internet And LinkedIn (Lois Grimshaw) - Joint Session

Ask the Experts! - Q&A Joint Session

The day will end with a joint session whereby the three facilitators will utilise their knowledge and experience to answer questions from the audience. This will be a great opportunity for attendees to find solutions to the challenges they face day in, day out. This is the 8th Research Practitioner Skills Days event and feedback from past delegates has been excellent! We hope that the 2017 event will be even better!
