Technology
The “free piston stirling
engine” (FPSE)
![Page 4: The Remeha µ-chp based on a combi boiler with stirling engine Ir. P.Gelderloos Ing. M.J.Bijkerk](https://reader036.vdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022062313/56649c755503460f94929548/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
Requirements in comparison with condensing boiler:
To compete with the condensing boiler, the µ-chp should:
• be very reliable
• have higher savings on costs and energy (CO2)
• be applicable on the same location and in the same installation as a wall hung condensing boiler
• have the same level of comfort.
• have a Pay back 5 years compared to the condensing boiler (5 years after introduction)
