NDC-BPO has been mainly involved in developing Websites, e-commerce portals and applications. We have the privilege of
developing the first e-Hospital management system in Pakistan which is now successfully being used in all hospitals &
medical squadrons of Pakistan Air Force.
NDC-BPO now provides a broad spectrum of I.T Enabled Services which also includes a 900 seat Call Centre/BPO in 3
shifts. We are one of the biggest Call Centre/BPO in the country with the state of the art equipment and technology
boasting Direct Fiber Optic link up for Primary as well as Backup Bandwidth.
Apart from other projects, we have provided Customer Support Services to Western Union, Nestle & Shaadi.Com and
Inbound Customer Support is our forte.
